About this ebook
Many of you have much of the same story as me but I just want to let you know there is happiness following the rainbow. Each time you get knocked down, dust yourself off, get back on your feet, one foot in front of the other and fight all your strength to move on, things will look brighter and you know you have not reached the end of the rainbow.
May God Bless each and everyone on your journey that has been prepared for you....

INTRODUCTION
I have been so excited putting this poem book together! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have done writing it!
My life has so many stories to it from my birth to today and so many other people where a part of it, they touched me as a child preparing me for my future, this is why I am writing this book!
I was a wartime baby born the year the second world war was over 1946. We were very poor and lived in war-time homes most of my life until I turned 16 then I moved out and lived with my friends. I was sick a lot (due to little food and unhealthy situations). The government put us in terrible housings, bugs, bedbugs, roaches, rats, mice, many times no heat in the middle of the winter!
Being so sick most of MY life, I wrote about my feelings, my situations and my life. One day I will write a book about my life, I am sure it would be suited for a movie because people would not believe how I could survive some of the horrible things that happened to me.
What kept me going was God, if I did not have Jesus, I probably would be dead by now.
I have a lot of friends and I have the best family ever; they are my rock, my soul mates, my buddy, my shoulder to cry on with hands that sooth me. Many have written letters and poems to me and I have written them in my book, once you read them you will understand why I am so thankful for them.
Please enjoy the poems and letters, I hope that they will give you some comfort to keep on keeping on.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Dedicated to all who believed in me and encouraged me to put my story out to the public!
To all who loved me and to some who hurt me, some who are very special in my life and some who are not so special. some who stood by my side when things got tough, some who make me laugh hysterically and some that make me cry!
Much love to all of you as I am a lover not a hater, I am a forgiver not a taker, I am a giver never asking for anything accept your love back to me life is too short for so much pain and misery!
My whishes for you are call your mother, brother, sister. anyone you have had a quarrel with.
tell them you’re sorry, tell them to forgive you whether you were right or wrong. you see your anger only gives you stress, your heart is filled with hatred, you are only hurting yourself and your loved ones!
Once you do this you will feel better about yourself and better about your loved ones!
