INTRODUCTION

Because this book is written in poetic rhyme does not

mean the book is about poetry. On the contrary, poetry

is the messenger delivering the message in a unique way.

The message presented here is an assortment of ideas by

which to create a new life for the reader who wishes to do

so. One idea seldom considered is the vibrational frequency

of particular words and visible impact they have on the

body which is the unspoken source of health or illness.

There are many roads to healing, some familiar, others, not.

The less familiar involve unseen forces like energy which

play a natural role as the underpinning of what manifests

in and around us. When understood and accepted you can

more effectively influence bodily health as well as mental

health. Wellbeing becomes an inside job rather than

taking foreign agents into the body which have their own

negative contribution supposedly in the name of healing.

This said, the more aware you are of how you effect your

health energetically by what you think, say and do, the

more healing you give to yourself, or more disease.

Our lives require a different overview, namely, another

metaphor for life. That is, life is like an iceberg, which is to

say, only a small portion of the total experience is visible

to us. If the invisible, yet known, can be entertained and its

impact appreciated, the possibilities for healing lives will

expand and be told. The energetics of words is one such

invisible force. Being able to sense the vibrational difference

in words that inspire us as opposed to dull us, that invigorate

as opposed to deaden, that promote life as opposed to

slowly take it, is critical but not widely known about.

The Japanese pseudo-scientist, Masaru Emoto, claimed human

consciousness could affect the molecular structure of water

and water makes up over 70% of the body’s composition. In

Emoto’s experiments, water molecules exposed to different

thoughts, emotions and music, resulted in changes to the

molecular structure of the water. The water was then frozen and

viewed under a microscope. What was shown is words such as

love, gratitude, thank you, eternal, peace, sympathy, produced

exquisite natural harmonious geometric symmetry in water

crystals whereas words such as evil, you disgust me, "I’ll kill

you, You make me sick," and heavy metal music, resulted in

only partial formation of crystals, holes in distorted crystals, flat

forms dotted with holes without symmetry. These differences

were truly shocking to see and hold shocking implications for us.

The thoughts we chose and the emotions we express by

the words we speak, affect us before being projected to

anyone else. They deeply influence the body not to mention

the one field of consciousness and, consequently, every

human body! We are the conscious energy living in our

bodies which can disturb the body physiology by disrupting

the structure of water in our bodies and bodily metabolic

activity, which create healthy or unhealthy bodies.

To talk and think negatively of oneself or another has a

profound impact on us. We are constantly remaking ourselves

or not by the words we chose to think and speak.

The altered structure of water in our bodies has memory,

or tends to remain as changed, just as habits, once

begun, tend to remain. This explains why you often hear

it takes twenty-one days to start a new habit. Might it

take twenty-one days for the water molecules in the

body to be altered for an extended period-of-time?

Your thoughts, emotions, speech and actions are energy in

motion and move through the body with consequences for the

body. One of those consequences is called suffering. Words

are specific in their individual vibrational frequency, as Emoto

showed in his groundbreaking work, and pass though the body.

Words can be either vibrational medicine for bodily healing, or

vibrational toxins, leading to increased discomfort and disease.

How this relates to poetry or any subject matter you read

should now be obvious. This book uses words to capture

certain ideas and give certain impressions. Hopefully the

reader will be aware and vigilant, noticing how certain words,

phrases and concepts are producing optimism, hope, courage,

self-confidence while other words are producing depression,

despair, anxiety and uncertainty. Furthermore, the hope is

the reader will be able to feel the choice needed to move their

energy in creating a new life and choose words and ideas that

uplift and inspire. The fact of the situation is, thought and word

choice reflect and can initiate purification of body and mind!
