About this ebook
Wild dragons have always been a problem on Platinum, as have wicked elves. When Silver Scales’ romance with a wild dragon goes bad, the fight leaves her unconscious and no one is sure she will wake up. Questions arise from the Dragon Council and the Guardians about what to do about wild dragons.

The Dragons of the Four Realms - Ali Noel Vyain
Chapter 1 The United Four Realms
The dragons watched the skies above and the lands below. It was their routine guard duty. They did it at all times of day, making sure to take turns sleeping. There were five of them together. An unusual sight for the elves to see near any elven town. None were fighting or making any moves to attack the elves. There was a red one, yellow one, blue one, green one and silver one. They mused over the changes in the land they had returned to. Long ago, their ancestors had fled the lands due to an unending war. They were the ones who had returned to end the war.
They did so with the elves and united the Four Realms. Four of the dragons had elven riders. The silver one did not have one. She never needed one. Nor did she ever think she wanted one. She was an unusual dragon. Always so curious about the different kinds of people who lived on Platinum. This curiosity led her to discover the Guardians and which led the Dragon Council to become a part of the Guardian Alliance not long after.
Silver Scales was her name and she was quite happy currently living in the United Four Realms with the other four dragons and her babies. The babies were content to remain with the five big dragons. The other four adult dragons were honorary aunts. It was quite the sight to the dragon riders and others whoever saw them.
King Simon and his wife Queen Wendy loved to watch the dragon babies. Dragons never scared them at all. In fact, they had been fascinated with dragons for quite some time. Simon had grown up with stories about dragons and magic, so when the five dragons arrived in the city, he didn’t panic. He knew they had come to end the war and unite the Four Realms. Silver Scales was the uniting dragon and the other four each represented the Four Realms. Wendy’s dragon was yellow for air and named Afantasy. Together they united the Air Realm.
It wasn’t easy ruling the United Four Realms. There was still too much destruction and much of the capital city was uninhabitable. They did what they could for those who shared the city with them. Many had to move into the palace as it was the most sound building in the whole city until rebuilding was complete throughout. When the war was over, everyone was sure that the rebuilding would take years. No one complained about it. They just did what they could to help with the rebuilding.
Eartha and her dragon Elegantine represented the Earth Realm. They were present with the dragons on this night as they mused over the progress they had all made. Next to Eartha was Raina. Raina and her dragon Wenzel represented the Water Realm. Eartha and Raina were happily married and doing well together. They assumed responsibility for the orphans in the city. No one disputed their claim to the orphans. Someone needed to look after the children. This couple enjoyed the children much of the time.
The final couple cuddling under the stars were Afire and Samson. Afire and her dragon Firenze represented the Fire Realm. Samson was also Raina’s brother and the local healer. Together they helped to rebuild the city and help the survivors to move on with their lives. No one expected it to be easy. All knew there was years of long hard work involved.
At least they had their rest periods. Otherwise, no one would be able to continue on with the work. Even the survivors didn’t always show up for the work that needed to be done. Some that could not do any heavy lifting, made sure meals were provided to those who did the grunt work. They were coming together slowly and forming a community again. Still they were wary and yet their king and queen treated them well. The Guardians were also present helping with the rebuilding. Their support encouraged many of the survivors to help in one way or another.
It had taken time, but some of the survivors had learned to trust their
