The stepping stone in cultivating my life with healthy qaulity food began in the maintaining of my chakra universe. The balance of mental, physical , the keeping of a beautiful soul. Let me start by saying it began as a child by example frying an egg and for individual family members, and you know how difficult that could be. I don't want my egg broken just eat it your gonna chew it anyway its goin down the same way , i want to dip bread, i want the yolk half dry, i want it boiled , poach. Putting up a front did i make them that way, because i change my mind. In school we had a class called home economics which is basic cooking and sewing, in fact family values where you sit and spend quality time. Conversations begin with how good the food is, that leads into other discussions. It could, the days happenings or heated converstions you don,t want to discuss, or health matters down to what happened in school, to found a hair not true! but you know people do that on purpose? Then venturing out to Hotel And Restaurant Course which is the big picture. The industry is huge the plot is the kitchen, it entails the menu planning whether it be a full course banquet setting or not. Then their is the the culinary training do you know how to handle a knife. then their is your uniform policy but their is no uniformity in creating your own dishes. The math formulas used are not always equally the same but you cultivate your own recipes which include taste, touch ,feel, smell ,but all based in the care of your health. I believe in the holidays and special occassions is another beginning of my food in progress. Then with time on my hands with no choice the creations began to flow like hunger cravings needed to be filled. The hospitality buissness is an industry with a cycle that rotates in formal wear, menu planning wow desserts, bartending, cheers! is satisfying music.     When you touch my skin i don;t know where to begin

    The word you say fill me right down through my skin

    your fingers they feel and your words may fumble

    The dark sets in i.m not alone the night falls down

    you breathe with me i won.t loose any sleepf

    the love we make it feels like i.m awake

    the ocean breeze with fall with me when the night fall down

    but you know i crack up smilin you tell me you love me so

    dont hold back the softness bring us together

    theirs no forever but now is what matters

    Turkey

    Turkey Beansprout

    2 cup beansprouts

    7 cups of water

    1/2 beefcube

    1 tbs olive oil

    1 tbs savoy chopped

    1 tsp oyster sauce

    1 tsp soy sauce

    200 grams (two inch thick) oven roast turkey cubed

    1 chilli pepper (diced not required)

    2 sheets of roasted seawead

    bring to boil water add beansprouts, beef cube/ add oil/soy sauce/oyster sauce/

    then add oven roast turkey and savoy and chilli, pepper, boil for 8 minutes

    crumble or chopped seeweed as top garnish

    serve individual or in pot

    1 tsp of oregano

    1 tsp sage

    1 tsp salt

    oregano, sage, salt equals 1 tbs rub for the turkey

    1 tomatoe cut in half placed on each side pan

    1 onion cut in half placed on each side of pan

    3 mushrooms added

    add one cup of water

    bake covered with foil approx. 2 hours check on regular basis

    make without you can add not needed 2 cloves of garlic in case sometimes you want to

    Turkey Whole - Stuffed

    Turkey is 25- 35 lbs feeds 10 -22 people

    wash and clean turkey inside and outside

    slice whole in turkey skin- stuff with sliced butter

    salt and pepper not reuired using salted butter

    add salt and pepper rub(black pepper not needed) sometimes i use none if using salted butter

    Stuffing

    2 cups boiled mixed vegetable usually corn, peas, carrot (set aside)

    1lb medium ground beef (light or reg) if not alternative(health if you cant eat beef) is veal remember flavour will change a little

    2 tbs of olive oil

    4 large mushrooms cut in thick slice then dice

    1 sweet onion chopped or reg (health issue) sauteed

    stir fry meat in 2 tbs olive oil then add the mushrooms

    1-2 eggs

    make your own bread crumbs by baking toast bread or hard left over bread by grating or buy plain ready bread crumbs

    Bread Crumbs Mix- (oregano-grand padano cheese-cotronese-salt-parsley)

    in bowl once cooled down add the vegtable mix-the ground meat gradually add the bread crumbs and one egg mix till it sticks you may need two eggs

    then stuff the turkey

    in pan

    1 cup of water

    one reg onion or sweet onion cut in half place in pan

    2 slices of butter with 1 tbs olive oil in pan

    cover with alluminun foil

    Time approx 3 hours remember to spoon drippings every 20 minutes to 30 minutes

    till golden

    again broil on low till crispy glaze

    use dripping sauce broth for gravy about 1 cup i use(brown gravy package powder) or make my own

    4 big average leafs or baked lightly to crisp or 12 small sage leaves

    3 cloves garlic grind

    1 orange or 2 mini orange pepper (use the two mini pepper prefered)

    1 tbs cayenne pepper

    1 tbs paprika

    1 tsp blackpepper

    1 cups of tomatoe strained

    all spices
