First, I would like to thank my dad, Herman L. Bass Jr., the man who supported me in all of my many endeavors. From the writing of these poems (which became my first book of poetry), to my dream of setting the modeling world on fire (remember that haircut, dad?!) Well, you supported most of my endeavors, lol, and my many business ventures. Dad, you were my compass when I needed direction. I didn’t always know the path that I was to take, but you prepared me for the journey. I thank you for being the father that I needed and for all the valuable life lessons. And you gave them to us straight, no chaser!! Love
