This story begins In the year 2030, when dragons have came out of hiding, but no one knows why. It’s up to a team of trained soldiers to take out these dragons. This story has its flaws such as trust in friendship, and loyalty. I really enjoyed writing this book, I just hope you enjoy reading it and give me more hope of writing a lot more stories in the future.

‘’In the year 2030, the people of earth have been over ran

With fear. In some countries there have been sightings of

Large serpent creatures known as dragons, these serpents

Have been in hiding for thousands of years. The question

Is! why they have come back? And why are they so anxious

To take the lands of which the humans have made civilization

And life as their own. And who can over take these powerful

Beast, all I know is that there is a group of dedicated soldiers

Ready to fight and put the dragons back to where they came,

Or die in the process, they are better known as ‘’The Slayers’’.

‘’Look out’’ someone shouted, as the sound of heavy artillery and powerful weapons being fired, then someone else shouted, ‘’I got it, take cover’’ as he threw a grenade and ‘’BOOM’’ a huge explosion was made. And by that time a huge roar sounded off in pain, and then another voice shouted ‘’let’s kill this son of a bitch’’ as he leaped over a huge boulder to run up towards the beast, and the creature had turned and looked directly at the man. And another soldier shouted from the other side, ‘’I got your back’’ as he fired a heavy duty machine gun at the beast and it had turned its attention to him, and he shouted, ‘’now boss go’’ then the other guy kept running up to the creature and jumped up and stuck the beast right in the side, piercing it with a large sharp pointed sticky grenade, and he tucked and rolled out of there as the beast roared in pain, and one of the soldiers shouted, ‘’Game Over’’ then he pressed the detonator, and ‘’BOOM’’, a huge explosion erupted, which had blown the beast to pieces. And when the smoke had cleared there was nothing left, but blood and excitement from this group of soldiers, and the leader of the squad said, ‘’great job guys, now let’s go and collect our reward, everybody load up’’ as the group of soldiers loaded their equipment and gear up into the truck and they were off to see the mayor to collect the reward, on the way their each of them in excitement shared their story of the their victory over the beast. So when they finally arrive to the city hall, they all walked into the mayor’s office, and the mayor walks up and says, ‘’hello, I’m Cooper Hart, you must be Mr. Cheater’’. And the man replied, ‘’please, call me Mitch’’ and Cooper said, ‘’yea sure, I just want to congratulate you and your men on an excellent job well done’’, and Mitch said, ‘’thanks, but it’s our job, and that’s what we do’’, and Cooper said, ‘’please introduce your team so that we will recognize the bravery of each of your crew, and Mitch replied, ‘’sure this is Patrick, Biggen, Les, and Big Josh, the best damn team you could ever ask for, but were better known as The Slayers’’. And Cooper responded, ‘’yes we thank you all very much, and here is your reward,’’ as Mitch accepted the money, and the board members all stood up and gave these brave soldiers a round of applause, and Mitch said, ‘’your all welcome and it was our pleasure, come on team let’s roll’’. Then they all went walking out towards the door, and Mayor Hart shouted, ‘’the city and the state of Mississippi will be forever grateful to The Slayers’’. And Mitch turned and smiled as he nodded his head to Cooper and walked out.

CHAPTER 1

Work and Play

…So now the Slayers enjoying their victory against the dragon, as they loaded up and headed to their hotel rooms to relax or so I thought. ‘’hey boss’’ Josh said, and Mitch replied, ‘’yeah’’ and Josh said, ‘’let’s go to the bar first to celebrate our victory’’. And Mitch replied, ‘’what the hell, let’s do it, you down for that Patrick,’’ and Patrick said, ‘’yea, I’m pretty sure they serve soda their’’. And the rest of the guys laughed, and Biggen said, ‘’it’s a good thing you don’t drink Pat, but it sure is fun to enjoy a cold beer after work,’’ and Les said, ‘’hell yea it is,’’. So the guys drive up to the Smokey Saloon and walk into the bar and Mitch walks up to the bartender and says, ‘’Hi how you doing, can I get four Budweiser’s and
