Coming Out of My Shell (Toya)

Sitting in my dorm room once again and feeling low. I am frustrated by loneliness. I decorated it with emojis that are so cute. Yet there is no smile on my face. My room is clean, nice and neat, filled with soft blues and warm lavenders in the design of my comforters and sheets.

How can I explain to anyone how I am feeling inside? But then I remember, I have no friends. Not that I am shy but not many people are trustworthy. Why am I sitting here, having a pity party?, I thought to myself.

I got up out of my favorite chair and decided to go to the mall. I got into my Baby Blue Sporty four-door Audi, and off I went. I was wearing my black tights and a thin brown shirt. My long blonde hair was tied into a messy bun. My hair was dyed blonde, I was a natural jet black.

My caramel skin shinned in the sunlight. My full-Figured body was finally warm. Although my mind was somewhat still clouded.

I was more for comfortable clothes, although I had a pretty eclectic since of style. I still knew how to be fashionable when I needed too. I got to the mall and went to Victoria Secret first; got me some smells goods and sexy bra and panties sets. I also bought the cutest little fuzzy slippers with a heel.

With new confidence in tow, I went into a designer store for plus size women, Lane Bryant. I found a long black tight sexy dress. The dress hugged my curves without being too risky. It was a plain style, yet I got, gold accessories with a pair of black and gold wedge shoes to dress it up.

I was satisfied. The next stop was the salon inside the mall, I always went too. My sister owned it; it was called Fab Salon. My sister is my best friend, we are only a year apart. As I walked into the salon everyone greeted me.

Hey, Maria, what’s up Sis?, I said as I laughed.

Hey Toya, I missed you Sissy, my sister Maria said.

I'm going out tonight, and I want a different look: this is my outfit, I said showing it off.

Sure Toya, Wow this is nice. Modest but sexy, I like it, Maria said with a huge smile on her face. Okay people, Toya is in the salon, you know the deal, Maria said sternly while clapping her hands.

As Maria said, everyone went to work. I was getting my nails done; while my hair was getting washed and blow-dried. Then my sister sat me down in her chair. She did a stunning up due in pin curls, it was perfect. I went and took a shower in the back room, as they also style their clients onsite. I got dressed and then Maria did my make-up. I had smokey cat eyes, red lipstick, and golden blush. It was the perfect look. I thanked everyone as I headed to this new club.

The club was called Moonlight, it was located on a huge estate. Driving past it, you would think that someone rich was having a private party. However, the mansion and the grounds we're owned by a matchmaking company. The company is called, Moonstruck, and those at the party are their clients.
