    A. M. Holas has been writing poetry since she was fourteen years old. In the beginning, she wrote privately but has put her poetic story out into the world knowing it is not just her story but the story of many. She is an advocate for mental health and mental freedom with a mission to show others that they are the light at the end of every tunnel. A. M. Holas first began sharing her poetry in an online community, giving her the courage to put more out there after learning her words hold power for those who are not yet ready to share their own story. Raising awareness for those who are struggling with mental health, she continues to share her poetry to show others they have the power to not only survive but to thrive.
