A Righteous & Holy Woman of God Chosen by God
Royal Della Jane Buckley, Daughter of Zion Ministry
First Psalm 1 Blessed is Della….
"Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
² but whose delight is in the law of the LORD,
and who meditates on his law day and night.
³ That person is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not wither—
whatever they do prospers.⁴ Not so the wicked!
They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
⁵ Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
⁶ For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked leads to destruction."
God commissioned Royal Della Jane Buckley to compel people to Holiness. It is Holiness or Hell. The conference was conceived by the Holy Spirit early in the month of September 1998. Accepting the challenge, Royal Della surrendered to the leading of the Holy Spirit. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, the conference became a reality.

I. The Providence of God
A. Preservation-God’s preserving powers accomplished through His Son, Jesus Christ. Colossians 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
B. Provision-as long as the earth endures seedtime, harvest, cold, heat, summer, winter, day, and night will cease (Genesis 8:22). God will meet all your need according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
C. Government…God rules the world. God is sovereign. God has limited his supreme power and rule in this world. Scripture states that Satan is the god of this age
(2 Corinthians 4:4). The world is not submissive to God’s ruling power but is in rebellion against Him and enslaved to Satan. However, the self-limitation on God’s part is only temporary; at the time God determined by His wisdom, God will destroy Satan and all the armies of evil (Revelation 19-20).

FOREWORD
R OYAL DELLA JANE Buckley latest contribution " Holiness: A Sure Foundation for A Promising Future " is a work inspired by the Holy Spirit that provides a roadmap for living daily in God’s word. Minister Buckley is anointed with many special gifts and talents which is freely shared with the world. In this book, Minister Buckley teaches on the Providence of God, how he created the world and is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. God preserving power is accomplished through his Son, Jesus Christ. She reminds us God wants good things for us Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prosper.
But we must submit to him by faith in Jesus Christ. Minister Buckley discuss topics including Salvation a Sure Foundation, acknowledging our hearts are evil, and we cannot change, but God can bring a clean thing out of an unclean. There is an explicit call for Raising A Standard for Holiness in our lives, that the saints of God can be a light unto the world and receive the promise and assurance of eternal life through Jesus Christ. Minister Buckley plainly explains the critical need for sanctification, water baptism, baptism in the Holy Sprits, the gift of speaking in tongue, and the gift of the spirit. These gifts continue to operation even in our turbulent times and we should not become complacent, but continue to press towards the mark and finish the race.
This creative compendium of topics is a guidance for how to implement the word of God in our daily lives and to operate in the Fruits of the Spirit, standards of sexual morality and feminine anointing. As women we must walk in holiness and be examples, serving as role models, wives mothers, sisters and daughters. Minister Buckley ends the book with words of encourage Be the Best
which is perfectly fitting. In her words "And sometimes it is going to be tough. But deep down inside of you, You are going to be the Best Feminine Anointed Christian woman That God wants you to be!
Royal Della Jane Buckley please continue to bless the world with your gifts, talent and anointing so freely shared to move us to live in Holiness.
Blessing Always,
Betty Buckley-Pace

Au.jpgPROVIDENCE OF GOD
T HE STATE BEFORE Adam sinned!
Genesis 45:5 Do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent Me ahead of you.
After the Lord God created the heavens and the earth (Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth"). God did not abandon the world to run on it own. Rather, God continues to be involved in the lives of His people and in the care of His creation. God is the loving Father who cares for what He made. God overrules the evil actions of human in order t carry out His will. God’s continual care for His creation and His people is called in doctrinal terms, His PROVIDENCE.
ASPECTS OF PROVIDENCE
T HERE ARE AT least three aspects to God’s providence:
I. PRESERVATION
By his power God preserves the world he has created. God preserving power is accomplished through his Son, Jesus Christ. Paul affirms the creative activity of Christ. In Colossians 1:16 For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities, all things were created by him and for him.
All things, both material and spiritual, owe their existence to Christ’s work as the active agent in creation. (John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.
Hebrews 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the world.
) All things hold together and are sustained in him. (Hebrews 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
) Paul also testifies in Colossians 1:17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
In Colossians 1:19, For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him.
Paul states the deity of Christ in the plainest of terms. The full and complete Godhead with all its power and nature resides with Christ. (Colossians 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Hebrews 1:8 But unto the Son he saith, thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepters of thy kingdom.
Other reference scriptures are Genesis 22:8 And Abraham said, my son, God will provide himself a lamb for a burnt offering: so, they went both of them together.
I Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.
Psalm 68:10 Thy congregation hath dwelt therein: thou, O God, hast prepared of thy goodness for the poor.
John 4:6 Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus, therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.
Jesus is the True Vine and God is the Gardener. In John 15:1-2 I am the true vine, and my father is the Gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit, He prunes so that it will bear even more fruit.
In these parable or allegory, Jesus describes himself as the true vine
and those who have become his disciples as the branches.
By remaining attached to him as the Source of Life, they produce fruit. God is the Gardener who takes care of the branches in order that they may bear fruit. God expects all of us to bear fruit. Jesus speaks of two categories of branches fruitless and fruitful. (1) The branches that cease to bear fruit are those who no longer have the life in them that comes from enduring faith in and love for Christ. These branches
the Father cuts off, i.e., he separates them from vital union with Christ (Matthew 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
) When they stop remaining in Christ, God then judges and rejects them. The branches that bear fruit are those who have life in them because of their enduring faith in and love for Christ. Theses branches
the Father prunes so that they will become more fruitful. That is, he removes from their lives anything that diverts or hinders the vital life-flow of Christ into t hem. The fruit is the quality of Christian character that brings glory to God through life and witness. (Matthew 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance.
Romans 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
Galatians 6:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith.
Ephesians 5:9 For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth.
Philippians 1:11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.
)
Purpose in your heart to do the will of God. In some passages the will of God
is another way of saying the law of God.
For example, David parallels the phrase your law
with your will
in Psalm 40:8 I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law is within my heart.
Purpose in your heart to do the will of God. In some passages the will of God
is another way of saying the law of God.
For example, David parallels the phrase your law
with your will
in Psalms 40:8. Similarly, the Apostle Paul considers knowing God’s law to be synonymous with knowing us to walk, the law may properly be called the will of God.
Law essentially means instruction
and includes the whole word of God. The will of God is also used to designate anything that God expressly desires this may properly be called God’s perfect will.
It is God’s revealed will that everyone be save. 1Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
(2 Peters 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
) No saved believer should fall from grace, John 6:39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.
This truth does not mean that everyone will be saved, but only that God desires the salvation of everyone.
The Will of God
may refer to what God permits or allows to happen, even though He does not specifically desire it to happen, this may properly be called God’s permissive will.
God permits evil (e.g. sin, lust, violence, hatred, and hardheartedness) to continue for the time being. God does not force saving faith on those who refuse to accept his Son’s salvation. Similarly, man troubles and evils that befall a person in life are permitted by God. (1 Peter 3:17 For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing, than for evil doing.
1 Peter 4:19 Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.
)
We must learn what God’s will is, i.e., His perfect will as revealed in the scripture (including his law). We must understand, what the Lord’s will be.
Ephesians 5:7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them.
Once we know from the revealed will of God how he desires us to live as believers, we must commit ourselves to do His will.
II. PROVISION
Not only does God preserve the world that he created, but he also provides for the needs of his creatures. When God created the world, he created the seasons (Genesis 1:14
