THE HOLINESS OF GOD

Up to this point in our monthly series on God and His nature, we have dealt primarily with attributes of God that only He possesses. Theologically, we call these God’s incommunicable attributes. For example, God alone is all-powerful, unchanging, and present everywhere. God doesn’t “communicate” or share these attributes with any other being.

But there are attributes of God that He does share with other beings. These communicable attributes will be our focus in the coming articles, and we’ll specifically see how, as Christians, we are meant to display these attributes in our own lives.
