Archiebald Wollo (Pastor), grew up in the New Georgia suburb of Bassatown, Liberia. He became a Christian during his teenage years, later attending Christian Theological Seminary where he received his first Bachelor of Arts, Theology (B.Th.) degree in 2004. He lived through the civil war in Liberia and was highly affected by it like many Liberians. He traveled to the United States and arrived on December 4, 2007. While in the United States, He earned two bachelor’s degrees in Biblical Studies and Public Leadership from Pattern University, 2010. He also earned his Master degree in Counseling psychology at Argosy University, 2012 and a PhD candidate at Keiser University, Florida, in Industrial & Organizational Psychology. He has worked as a Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) consultant, the Founder/President of the Kingdom Life Int’l Ministries, Inc., Principal for Elder George T. Holton Junior High School, and a Public school teacher. He is an international speaker at religious conferences, educational forum, HIV and Aids campaigns and many other activities that have benefited many people. He is a visionary leader who inspires others to develop their greatest potential. He is a husband to Marie F. Blidi and Father to Priscilla, Lisa and many other spiritual children.

Introduction

The number one search of the human heart is the search for purpose and significance. We all want power, which is the ability and capacity to control our environment and change our circumstances. People of all ages, genders, nationalities, and ethnic groups are in search of the true meaning to their lives. This deep yearning of the human heart reveals something much more profound to the human spirit. The human spirit was created to be in charge and be in control. We have seen a lot of crises in human history that make us wonder, who is in charge? Who has the authority and ability to bring stability in the earth to solve the problems we are faced with and maintain peaceful and stable environment by which all creation can thrive?

People everywhere, we are all seeking the same answers to understand our purpose on the earth. We all want to live in a better world that promises peace and tranquility of life for us and our children. The urge for a better world is ingrain in the human spirit. We were created to control our environment and change our circumstances; and the fact is that we have lost control over this realm that was given to us to maintain. We are struggling to fine our purpose and significance in this world; we are struggling to control our environment and change our circumstances; we are struggling to fulfill our dreams and desires in a world that is hostile and wicked. We all want to do something significant that will make an impact on our generation and the next. But why are we not breaking through? The more we try the worse the problems seem to get. What is it we are doing wrong? Why do we constantly struggle with these questions? Why can’t we find the answers that addressed these questions? This book doesn’t only present a clearer picture of the actual problem that we are face but also in a more profound way, lay out the solutions to the problem.

Understanding the Creator’s Purpose

Wouldn’t it be great if all of us were born with special instructions tied to our necks that would explain to us God’s purpose for our lives on the earth and what specific steps we can take to fulfill that purpose? I can quickly assume that even if there was an instruction given to us, most of us would probably avoid reading that instructions and try to figure out our lives by ourselves as we went along. Most of us like to play the game of experimentation. I strongly believe that human beings have to their disposal an original instructional operating manual (Bible) given to us by the Creator of heaven and earth that explains what life is and provide answers to the deepest questions about ourselves and our purpose; the earth and its natural elements, and the world and how it is to function. The Creator never wanted us to be disadvantaged of anything so He placed within us some of this information; some of the information was spoken directly to us; and the rest of them was given to us in a written format. The confusions and uncertainties that we experienced about life and its purpose is a result of our disconnection from our Creator and His original instructional operating manual. We are fill with frustration and hopelessness because we have lost the original instructions that supposed to provide the answers we have long been searching for. This long search of the human heart can finally come to an end if we can reconnect ourselves to our Creator, read the Creator’s original life operating instructional manual for us to understand our lives and its purpose, to understand our true potential, and how we were designed to function. If we don’t understand God’s purpose for our lives, we can’t figure out the purpose of the earth and how it was designed to function. We have tried many times to provide solutions to what we think is wrong or broken in our lives and environment. We have difficulties solving problems in our lives and our environment and elsewhere because we have abandoned the Creator’s original operating manual. Until we return to the Creator and start to read His original operating instructional Manual, we will only make the situation worse. The Creator’s original operating Instructional Manual is important and crucial to be read because:

➢ It has the original foundational layout of our lives and it purpose.

➢ It has the original foundational explanation of how we were designed to function, and how the earth was designed to function.

➢ It is the only manual available to us that can truly recreate what is broken beyond repair inside of us.

➢ It is the only manual that is available to us that can provide what is missing in our lives that is contributing to our frustration and hopelessness.

➢ It is the only manual that is available to us that can truly heal us and restore us permanently to our Creator.

➢ It is the only manual that has the principles needed for us to function like God and live in dominion.

It is through the understanding of this manual that we will truly grasp the Creator’s original purpose for our lives, our potential, destiny, and the significance of what we can do while we are on this earth. Life on earth was not meant to be chaotic as it is today. At least that was not what was in the mind of the Creator. There are too many divisions among nations of the world, too many family dysfunction and strife; too many interpersonal violence that claim the lives of so many people; too many people and corporate creed that bankrupt national and human resources; too many abuses and waste; and too much frailty and limitation put on what we can do and can’t do. We were given an orderly and perfect earth that was designed in a way for every person and the natural creation to reach their fullest potential. The original intent or purpose of the Creator was for mankind to have dominion on earth on His behalf. The concept of the Dominion Mandate gave man the full responsibility to rule, lead, govern, and take charge over the entire earth; while the Dominion Spirit was how mankind was designed to function to fulfill the Dominion Mandate on the earth. This mandate gave mankind the responsibility to keep the earth in an orderly form, manage its resources, provide an environment where creation will function effectively and achieve it purposes. The earth was to be both peaceful and productive because of the generous nature of its Creator. The Creator gave mankind His nature and characteristics to function like Him. The key to the success of this mandate is the Dominion Spirit. The Dominion Spirit was what we lost in our rebellion against God and it is the Dominion Spirit that will put us back in charge and make us to be rulers’ great leaders and managers of the earth and our environment. The Creator is interested in our welfare, fruitfulness and the fulfillment of our purpose on the earth and has also given us the Holy Spirit as our Helper to keep us connected to God. Through the Holy Spirit, we can supernaturally communicate with the Creator to know His desires, plans and purpose. This connection is made possible through the very Spirit of the Creator living within humanity. We are completely loaded for success on the earth as long as we stay connected to the Source of our being and the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth. While we were designed to function in the Dominion Spirit, we were to have a personal interaction, face to face or a person to person relationship with our Creator. The Dominion Spirit functions through the Attitude of Faith. This concept is defined as our ability to generate a response from God’s word that produce faith in God and His word. The Attitude of Faith is when we fix our eyes on the things that are unseen as though they are seen. It is when we live by our faith and not by our sight. It is when we discern with our hearts and not perceive with our eyes. The Apostle Paul, the first-century theologian, defined this concept as our ability to discern God invisible or unseen qualities in the natural creation: Since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made (See Romans 1:20 NIV). So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:18 NIV).

The principles of the Dominion Mandate and Spirit

The principles of the Dominion Mandate and Spirit should be fully appreciated and embrace by all human beings. These principles are not a human concept or idea. We must realize that the principles of the Dominion Mandate and Spirit didn’t originate from the earth. The principles are fully rooted in the purpose and desire of the Creator to design and sustain both mankind and the natural creation in order to express, represent and manifest His nature and Sovereignty. The Creator created mankind and gave mankind His nature and designed him to function like God. Man was created in the God-class. The Creator established the purpose of mankind when He declared to them to have Dominion over the earth… Gen. 1:26 KJV. The Creator intended His Will alone to dominate this earth but He wanted to execute His Will through the will of mankind. The Mandate establish mankind as the only legal entity to govern and rule the earth and the natural creation. Mankind was to exercise his influence and oversee the productive development and profitable service of everything that was place under his care for the fulfillment of God’s purpose or Will for him on the earth. Mankind was to dominate his environment, territory, and all of God creations over which this Mandate as given him authority. God is the Creator of all things and owns everything that is visible and invisible. We do not own anything on this earth. We are just managers or steward and God wants us to be faithful in the execution of our responsibility. The Apostle Paul attempted to communicate this divine process of creation when writing to people in the city of Colossae: By Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. (Colossians 1:16 NIV). The earth and mankind exist through the Will of the Creator. It is not possible to totally understand mankind purpose on the earth without understanding the principles of the Dominion Mandate and Spirit and how we are designed to live and function on the earth. The Holy Spirit plays an important role and enables us to fulfill our purpose as human beings on the earth. The principles of the Dominion Mandate and Dominion Spirit are the primary key to understand our personal significance and the meaning to our lives and the world around us. We cannot afford to ignore the original operating instructional manual that the Creator has provided. We must come back to the Creator, connect with Him, so we may understand the original foundational instructions for both mankind and his purpose and the earth and its natural creation.

The purpose of this book is firstly to teach you God’s only purpose for your life on the earth and how you can discover that purpose and live a life of dominion. Secondly, to teach you the only way you were designed to function on the earth so you can function and live that way and fulfill your purpose on the earth.

So read and study this book until the principles and truths that are taught here can become a natural part of your thinking. Allow them to equip and inspire you to discover your purpose and develop the attitude of faith that will propel you to live a life of dominion. Then you will grow and flourish, finding the joy and fulfillment that only life in the purpose of God can bring.

PROLOGUE

The Creator spoke these words to Himself Let us make a human species that will share in our nature as spirits, and they will function and live the same way We function and live in Heaven; so they will be given the authority and responsibility to rule, govern and manage the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, the livestock and all the wild animals, and all the creatures that move along the ground. So the Creator did exactly what He said He was going to do. The Creator created the human species just like Himself, they were created male and female and they all were created to be like God and to live and function like God. The Creator gave them His blessings. He blessed them to produce plenty fruits, fill the earth and subdue it. To rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and every living creature that moves on the ground. (Gene 1:26 KJV emphasis added).

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well. The Human Condition

We were all created to live a life of dominion. What this means is that, dominion is our primary and only purpose and until we live in dominion, we haven’t discovered our purpose yet. If you don’t learn anything from the pages of this Book, this is one thing that I want you to learn and believe. As you read through this book you will discover principles that have been identified from the word of God that when we apply them will help us to live in dominion. The human family seem to be in a perpetual crisis that they cannot pull themselves from. This crisis has made mankind vulnerable to his environment and the natural creation of the earth. This human condition shouldn’t be the new normal for people that were created in God’s image and after His likeness. We are still trying to solve this crisis by ourselves and using the wrong methods for the solutions that we seek. Mankind has invented sophisticated machineries to bring solution to this perpetual crisis, but the more he tries, the worse the problem becomes. We have seen the increase of violence and crimes everywhere we turn. Efforts to alleviate poverty in third world countries and other places in the last twenty years have proven relatively unsuccessful, with more people living in extreme poverty than before. Those experiencing poverty to this extent can often feel a lack of control over their own outcomes and circumstances. With 42% of Sub-Saharan Africa living in extreme poverty, billions of people may be experiencing a reduced understanding of their own potential. The increase of arm conflicts around the world resulting in nearly 690,000 people killed in 2017 alone is alarming, while interpersonal violence and gang violence killing much more people than political violence. Human life has been devalued so much so that killing a human being is like slaughtering an animal. What has the people that were created in the image of God become? Is this the way God wanted us to live on the earth? Were we created to live in perpetual crisis and sufferings? Why have we become so cruel to ourselves and fellow human beings? The crisis is even getting worse because we can’t define what it is and how we can confront this human condition. Today, we have been afflicted with boils and with tumors, festering sores and itch, from which we cannot be cured. We live like people of madness and confusion of our mind. We invented more lights but we groped about like blind people in the dark. We are very unsuccessful in everything we do; and day after day we feel oppressed and robbed, with no one to rescue us. When we pledged to be married to a woman, somebody else take her away and rape her. We built beautiful houses, but we don’t live in them; we plant more crops, but we don’t enjoy its fruits. Our sons and daughters are taken away from us and taken into war to other countries, and we wear out our eyes watching for them day after day to return. We are terrified by the sights that we see and we are powerless to do something. We have become a thing of horror, a byword and an object of ridicule among ourselves. We live in hunger and thirst, in nakedness and dire poverty, harsh and prolonged natural disasters, and severe and lingering illnesses. In the 21st Century, societies of the world have been sending out conflicting messages about what it means to be a human being. Today, many people are questioning who they are and what purpose can they fulfill in life. This confusion has created uncertainty that is disrupting people’s personal and professional lives, leaving them frustrated and causing them to live in fear and far below their God given purpose and abilities. In the midst of all of these experiences, the number one question in the heart of many people is: Can there be solutions to these problems we are face?" And the answer is YES!
