About the Author
For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?
—1 Corinthians 4:7 (KJV)
All glory and honour goes to God, the giver of life and talents. I am nothing without God. All that I am and all that I will be is God. I cannot thank God enough.
My sincere thanks also go to my wife, Rita. She is the best thing that God has blessed me with, together with our three children, Nana, Lady, and Oheneba. My family inspires and supports me in everything I embark upon.
For all those looking to find and manifest themselves, my sincere prayers are that as you read this book, may God help you to know what your work on earth is. I encourage you to add faith into your success path.
INTRODUCTION
It is surprising that three people are given some resources to work with and two of these people go to work immediately with what they are given. Their hard work pays off, and each of these two people double what was handed to them when accounts were rendered.
Unfortunately, the third person decides to bury what is given him or her, doing nothing with the resource given. When the time comes for accountability, this person returns the resource just the way it was given.
The master or the giver of the resource, after his return and accountability with the first two servants, becomes delightful in their work. The two servants are equally commended, promoted, and given more to manage responsibly.
Meanwhile, the third servant gets into the bad books of the master. He is reprimanded and demoted, and what he had previously is taken away from him.
The story of the third servant is the story of most of us. The Creator has given us talents, knowledge, ideas, visions, dreams, and gifts according to our abilities and capabilities. Unfortunately, some of us concern ourselves so much with other people’s talents that we forget we have also been given some talents as well. Some of us wish we had the same talents as others, but He who gives the talents gives them according to our abilities. You have been given an idea which you can manage responsibly.
This book is about who an entrepreneur is and how it all starts. If some people can be successful with their gifts and talents, we can also.
It will take imagination and ideas. Looking into yourself and manifesting that which God has placed in you will be the starting point. God has given you what you can do. It is worth more than you can imagine. When God wanted to create tables, He placed them in trees in the form of wood. God wants you to work and care for the earth that He has beautifully created. By working and cultivating the talents and ideas God has placed in you, you become partners with God in the creation, work, and care of His earth.
Let nothing stand in your way of doubling the talent the master has given you. With no excuse whatsoever and with faith, know that things will work out for your good when you have purpose in your heart and
