      Today marks about 2 years of walking through the healing process with my husband. Wow, time has flown by! I have been married to the love of my life for twenty three years now!

      I met the love of my life twenty eight years ago at a barbecue given by my friend and myself. He was not a guest at this barbecue, he was working on the music in a car of a mutual friend. Although he was nine years older, I remember the feeling I had when I saw him. I even remember the very thought that I had. Well, he was driving this beautiful green 1986 cutlass. I was in love!

      Now let me tell you a little about me. My favorite color is green and that cutlass was playing some very nice loud R&B music. I remember thinking
