Life’s full of ups and downs,

Some smiles some frowns.

You take the good with the bad,

Sometimes happy sometimes sad.

Some days you don’t want to get up

Got things to do - too much,

What’s next move,

Will I win.

Or will I lose.

Which way is right?

It’s hard to choose.

They don’t believe you can do it.

So work very hard to prove it.

Things get crazy trying not to lose it.
