About this ebook

I am from a small town on the east coast, went to the local high school.

Married at an early age and raised a family.

When my children grew up, I went to college to further my career in writing.

I chose this form of writing because of everyday living. Life is sometimes too hard from day to day. It makes it tough when there are matters of the heart.

So I have mixed love, everyday living and inspiration. My poetry is light and easy on the mind.

And the inspirational poems are for the soul. The poems are: love, hate, and make do!

I hope reading my book, will make your days and your nights easier, and with the prayers to the Lord, sweeter!

    INTRODUCTION

I wrote this book to encourage the reader to know that, you are not alone from what you go through or what you are going through from day to day Or year to year.

For most of us, men and women, we all want and need love, To be understood, to be needed, and to be respected for who we are.

Inside this book, is a just a few of many ways what our needs are.

And how we can get all our needs and desires met!

However, we cannot get the full effect of getting what we need unless We take it to the Lord in prayer. (Matt: 6:33)

Getting it any other way, (own our own,) will not last. We have to have the Jesus!

If any one have an opinion about anything in this book, Need to read the Song of Solomon!

This book is for the young and old at heart!

The engaged couple, the married couple, the old couple (remember when?)!

There is laughter, tears, anger, pain, just making it, or had it, And now its gone! Lost it, found it And want it back . . .

The inspirational poems, are for the ones that LETS their Imagination run and has to ask for forgiveness!

Pay attention to what the Lord will an can do for you!

Take this book light and have fun reading it!

    Enjoy!

    A PRECIOUS JEWEL

A mother is a precious jewel,

Made up of things that we’ll call tools.

    Her hands did one thing,

    her eyes said another,

As she took in account of the

    things that did matter.

As she beheld us with a smile on her face.

As we sit around the table when

she said the grace. God bless us, she

    Said as she looked around,

She smiled at her oldest and

    nodded her head.

    Than looked at two more

    and two more and said;

The Lord was playing when He

    said Bobbie, two more,

    Than
