On my oneness journey, I discovered everyone you meet in life are your teachers and, with that in mind, I would like to sincerely thank all those who crossed my path and provided me with the lessons and learnings that have ultimately guided me home to Oneness.

There are a few people who I wish to acknowledge personally for without their love and support I may never have had the strength and ability to continue on this journey.

Firstly, Harry – I always knew that in this life I was destined to meet one man, and with this one person I would experience a love far greater than I could ever have imagined. When we first met, I was completely oblivious that this man my soul yearned for was you. When the time was right, I set out on a journey to find this man, and I started the grueling process of letting all my inner demons go so this unconditional soul love could come to me. The day you awakened my spiritual heart was the day I realised that this man was you, and my life changed forever. We have been through many challenges, tests and lessons that ultimately have proven how unbreakable our love for one another is, and because of them I now clearly understand the term unconditional love and I thank you for teaching me this. As you know, the dynamics of our connection is unlike anything we both have ever experienced. We have both had to go through an individual battle with self to find our inner strength and balance and learn how to overcome the obstacles that were preventing us from being together physically. Even though for a long time our reality showed a glim picture of us reuniting, I always knew in my heart that it would one day happen. Thank you babe for never giving up on me and our love. Our love will burn always and forever.

To my family, you witnessed my sudden transformation firsthand and although at times you didn’t understand, you have always been there by my side supporting me and picking up the pieces when I wasn’t able to. Thank you for your unconditional love and support on this journey.

To my beautiful soul sister Sarah, you have shown me what it’s like to have a friend that loves and accepts me completely. Knowing you had my back during the good and bad times has helped me immensely on this journey. I thank you for your unconditional trust and love and for always allowing me to practise and experiment my learnings with you. We have a friendship that will live on in eternity.

To the gorgeous Aerin, soul sister. Although we have not known each other physically for a long time, I know our souls have been besties for years. The first day we met, I knew it wasn’t a coincidence and we were destined to be in each other’s lives. From the moment we met, we shared a mutual bond and spiritual understanding that will continue forever. You have been my solace through some particularly difficult and confusing times and you have always provided a safe space where I could show up without judgement. Thank you for always believing in me and reminding me of the love and light that I am.

Last but not least, to my three beautiful daughters Laila, Matilda and Mila. You are my angels sent from above to help me through this journey. The love and forgiveness you have always shown mummy is something I’ll remember forever. Thank you for reminding me of my light when I had forgotten and for your unconditional love and support. We share a bond far greater than mother and daughters, and I can’t wait to witness your own personal journeys in the years to come.

Introduction

Having always looked outside of myself in search of peace and happiness, I know now I never truly experienced it. In order for me to feel moments of happiness, I was either dependent on another person, a successful career, a holiday or even a new outfit (I’m a reformed shopaholic). After a while though, I’d find this person no longer made me happy, I became bored with my career, the holiday ended and my new outfit once worn had lost its appeal.

This cycle repeated itself for many years until I woke one day, completely dissatisfied with the life I was living and consumed with anxiety. I decided I didn’t want to feel like that anymore, so I made the decision to change, and that’s where my journey began.

Initially I didn’t know that I was on a journey, and I certainly had no idea what steps I needed to take. All I was chasing was the feeling of genuine peace and happiness.

After dedicating a year solely to healing myself, I first began to feel oneness. You will not understand this connection in your mind, it’s a feeling in your heart. A feeling of love, for yourself, love for others and love for the universe.

I was blissfully happy and at peace without having achieved my life goals and desires. It wasn’t because I no longer had desires,
