dedicated to those who’ve broken my heart, let me shine, and taught me things i could never teach myself.

also, my mother. the woman i inherited my strength from. ♥

    hello loved one,

welcome to the inside of my soul. i’m not sure how you ended up here but i welcome you from the bottom of my heart. i hope you can relate to something i write about… actually i kinda don’t because most of what you’re about to read is depressing and dark. if you do relate, i hope i can touch your heart and teach you that you’re never alone. depression and sadness can be beautiful. this book is filled with the most beautiful words i have ever come up with, but as i wrote them, i cried my eyes out. and as you read them, if you cry too just remember that i love you. this book is for you. write in it, share it with someone you love, fold the edges, and enjoy all the emotions i have tucked away inside.

    love always,

    rach
