Thirty five years and counting great life experiences with amazing friends who stayed and the ones who have left for a reason, all of you has been part of my journey and we’ve shared tremendous gift and that is to exist for one another.
I’d like to share these three golden rule, I’ve been trying to keep up every day.
1
Be available for someone to talk to, life is full of challenges. Let them feel that you’re there for them.
2
Be kind to one another, share a smile, never keep grudge or angst to people around you, and remember no one has moved on because of hate.
3
Depression is an aggregation of everything people went through in life, unaddressed, neglected, left to grow; a parasite they’ve petted on a daily basis. Talk to friends.
I choose the black and white package to let you know that I had much-colored friends in my life but I have a few of them
