T he beginning of this book stemmed from an e-mail from my good friend Angelo Brooks in Indianapolis, IN, United States who has followed my calling closely, fueled my passion and inspired my writing works. His suggestions were, I should make consideration for my next book in putting together literary works on how to utilize funds gotten from the selling and saving activities deliberated exhaustively in my earlier books. Without much ado, I took his suggestion seriously which pleasantly surprised him and I began pondering on how to inscribe ideas on devising a groundbreaking manual that will resolve the nightmare and guide the actions of those with good intents in business pursuits, but lack the requisite experience and know-how, on how to get started and get rolling in the right direction to realize their dreams of building profitable vent ures.

I t’s with delight that I write this foreword not only because M’mbololo is well known to me and was also a colleague at a British multinational financial services company, but because I deeply believe in the business value, he postulates in 30 Days of Entrepreneurs’ Se ries.
Over a long and successful career M’mbololo has explored the philosophy and practice of prominent business moguls and has come up with an avantgarde blueprint and grimoire that details the proven process for organizing enterprise resources to achieve superlative and outstanding results that can induct business rookies or newbies into powerful business practice.

INTRODUCTION
H aving previously written on the subject of sales and how to finally attain the power of authority in the persuasion game, I demonstrated why as a salesperson or marketer your intention towards influencing others has enormous power in moving the sale in your direction. I have also written on savings, outlining why it’s the bedrock of all future plans e.g. upon encountering a rainy day, for fulfillment of a good retirement plan for comfort in the sunset years that lie ahead and to meet any other future planned expenditures. Unlike the authors before me, I chose to place more emphasis on the personal attributes of the would-be-saver than the act of mobilizing savings itself, that way it guarantees success towards attaining such an intricate future plan which needs a more level head.
This wonderful piece is jam-packed with lots of insights from the big boys
and real players in the industry who have done it again and again and built formidable business empires. Research has shown that work which is motivating establishes more contentment than high pay would elicit. We happen to be fanatics of work we are passionate about and I really think it’s of paramount importance to figure out what you can rein supreme at and stand-out and pursue it to the fullest.
However, I find that in some instances following your passion can be like a car winding down a bend at night without headlights turned on, whether you are an experienced driver or not. Passion is not all what you only need. If you are interested in a business, but lack the other salient components of the profession or business to back it up, believe it or not, you may hit a snag and will be frustrated down the line and still end up discontented and disillusioned. For example, if you have keen passion of being a gym instructor but lack the basics on advanced workout routines, most up-to-date practice and muscle recuperation techniques, ever-changing dietary supplements and nutrition, coupled with working with people you dislike, get unjust pay, you will dislike the job in no time no matter how much passion you have for the grind.
Though we tend to follow our passion, studies have revealed that we are incapable of making sound judgment of what will make us happy ahead of time and where we could perform at our peak. When it comes to career choices, our instincts are always unreliable. If you want a great career or business, instead of reflecting on your passion, you may need to try a lot of things and different options. The purpose of this book therefore is to condense all the relevant business experiences from interviews with the gurus of the different trades and distill them in a treasure of this extract that will render your inexperience irrelevant, salvage the numerous years of toil and your resources’ and efforts that would have gone down the drain.
