We focus on three basic emotions that affect everyone: grief, anxiety, and anger. We then look at specific aspects of child-rearing that cause stress and have special sections on autism and drug/alcohol issues. We discuss moderate depression as it relates to everyday problems and how you can move forward with your life. This book is not intended for those with severe psychological problems that require professional psychotherapy, psychiatric medication, or possibly hospitalization. In fact, the book offers a coping vaccination that might help immunize you against more severe psychological dysfunctions.
