The Sincere Milk: Rightly Dividing the Word

About this ebook
Those who like to read will agree for decades that the Holy Bible has been the #1 best seller everywhere books are sold. The whole world has a love-hate relationship going on with this ancient masterpiece. It is loved by many who readily and eagerly testify of its life-changing Good News (Gospel). For centuries, many have died for it. On the other side of the spectrum, you have those who vehemently detest and protest its very existence. They are those who might kill others because of it. The content of the Holy Bible has drawn a virtual line in the sands of time.
Many have been known to set out, determined to prove the fallacy of its content, or, at best, call them old wives tales, only to end up as apologists themselves.
No matter what your present position, you will find the unusual contents of this little, perhaps insignificant, book will cause you to reconsider your position. Selah.
Stop and think about it!

A mother, grandmother and great grandmother, celebrating her eightieth birthday, Elder Marge Stewart has been serving in a local congregation of approximately four hundred dedicated members consisting of all ages, in a variety of capacities including: Sunday School Teacher, Licensed Preacher, Elder, Sunday School Superintendent, Choir Director/Worship Leader, Psalmist among others. Upon entering First Baptist Church, Bay Shore, N.Y. at thirty-nine years of age, after hearing the pastor preach, ‘The Love of God,’ she never looked back for the next thirty years. It was such a wonderful thing to hear and believe it was true. Her love for children drew her to the children’s choir’s singing that Sunday. The song was ‘Save Me Lord,’ so beautifully sung by The Sunshine Choir. Not knowing all that happened she went home to tell her teenagers, who even mentioned she seemed different, ‘The Good News.’ Indeed she was different! In more ways than one. Many things began to change within her household that day. Not everything was to everyone’s liking. Margie was inspired to give birth to this book while becoming repeatedly troubled by frequent unchecked and even undetected errors germinating and circulating throughout many pulpits and airways in the body of Christ. This is especially hazardous to ‘Babes in Christ’ and those who need to RIGHTLY DIVIDE THE WORD OF TRUTH (2nd Timothy 2:15).

Disclaimer
I am not claiming to be some hotshot know-it-all, a scholar, a master of apologetics, or a seasoned theologian by any stretch of the imagination.
I’m just someone who loves God and desires to obey and serve Him according to The Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20, MSG), and as recorded in Ezekiel 3:17- 21, (MSG).
I am grateful for the unconditional love of God that never diminishes in spite of our continued faults and failures. My earnest wish for you, who share in this experience, is that you develop a loving relationship with our heavenly Father, which will nurture a blazing testimony that will reach a lost and hurting world.
Should there be differences of opinion, I pray we can agree to disagree, while agreeing never to become disagreeable (Romans 12:18).
Margie Stewart
Preface
Within the pages of this recorded adventure is my attempt to share a temporary but honored platform God has afforded me on this planet.
It wasn’t until the age of thirty-nine that I learned that upon our arrival, we had been burdened and heavy ladened with an age-old defect handed down from our ancestors referred to in scripture as The wages of sin
(Romans 6:32). At this time I was informed that it is impossible for me to rid myself of this condition. This terminal affliction of my soul happened upon conception (Psalm 51:5). Due to circumstances beyond my control it was within a sin infected DNA that my mother conceived me. With age, this terminal condition grew worse. I was doomed to die.
It brought little comfort to learn this defect affects everyone visiting the planet. Even though I was able to trace the origin of this condition it did not change the prognosis found in Romans 3:23, 6:23 (KJV). Fortunately, at age thirty-nine, I came to know THE GOOD NEWS! There is an antidote for this age old malady. The solution had been there all the while, and is still available.
Introduction
Adam is the epitome of all mankind and his disobedience opened the progression of sin which intensified with each generation. Genesis 4:3-9 (KJV) records how sin manifested. We are not sinners because we sin, we sin because we are heirs of The Adamic Nature. We can’t help ourselves. Which is why everyone born of a woman needs the Savior and Redeemer introduced in scriptures (John: 1:29, MSG).
As sure as dogs bark, cats meow, and pigs wallow in the mire, sin is inherent in our natural DNA. The Good News, commonly referred to as The Gospel of Jesus Christ, declares that our debt of sin, past, present, and future has been paid. Having been born in sin, we all qualify for the free gift of salvation. We only need to believe The Good News in order to receive forgiveness (John 3:16 -17, Romans 10:9-10,13). It’s as simple as ABC:
Agree with God you are a sinner.
Believe on the Lord Jesus.
Confess your need for The Savior.
This invitation is available to everyone, everywhere. You can receive it publicly, in the privacy of your home, in a hotel room, or at your lowest point of despair. Whoever you are, whatever you confess: theft, abortion, or adultery; whether you are rich, poor, black or white, a repeat offender, or never been found guilty of a crime, all have sinned against God (Romans 3:23). God has forgiven you and me. We have only to repent (change your mindset), believe, and receive His free gift of salvation.
This gift does not come by way of human inheritance. God has no grandchildren (1st John 3:2). You must receive it by Grace through Faith (Ephesians 2:8-10). It is a gift from God to you. Your mother, father, or even your Power of Attorney can’t receive this gift for you. You must come as a child, born again
