INTRODUCTION

Proverbs, Phrases or Rhymes is a book full of knowledge and wisdom sparks from life experiences and sayings by older folks who fuel my interest in writing this book.

Growing up as a child, I am always listening and hearing these phrases, which I reflect on the words and their meaning and I am assured, by hearing them that I relate to them by using them in my daily life. It helps me mostly to cope with life and also a laugh or two.

It is with this book that I hope many will enjoy and can apply to their lives.
