    PREFACE

While during my favorite time of the day, my early morning time with the Lord, the Holy Spirit dropped these two words down into my spirit….Abba’s Girl.

When I questioned the Father what do You want me to do with this? He told me very clearly, tell others what it means to be an Abba’s girl (a Daddy’s girl) and how they too can be a highly favored Abba’s girl…..and from that came this book… I pray all who read will be blessed.

Inspiration from Ms. Linda Goodpaster my faithful prayer partner and the one who stopped me in my tracks when fear was trying to overcome me. Thank You Ms. Linda, you have always been so good and kind to me, you and Mr. Jack. I love ya’ll.

I thought that what Ms. Linda shared here was right on the mark for when we get a glimpse of the Fathers love for His daughters……

One of the most important truths I have learned by having Jena, my granddaughter and her mother, Jen in my life is; what it means to have a daughter! Having two sons, I did not know how protective a parent is to their daughter. But one day driving to work, I heard these words you are my daughter. Wow, for the first time I got a glimpse of how God feels about His daughter.

    CHAPTER 1

    DADDY’S GIRL

Where do I start, except to say I have not always known I was an Abba’s girl. In fact, you might say I was one of the wandering sheep of His flock.

I won’t make this an auto-biography of my life and start all the way back to the beginning, but I will pick up in the middle somewhere, and maybe throw some of the beginning days in as well.

Suffice it to say, I did not always make the right decisions while growing up or even after the age of 18 where some might argue that I was then an adult.

In fact, I most of the time made the easy decision
