About this ebook
This Book is a testimony to how you can make it through the worst of the worst. There is a Warrior in the inside of all of us and until we tap into our God given purpose, we won't know what God has for us. Women around the world need to hear that they are not alone. Hadassah known to us as Queen Esther lived a life of tragedy. Her parents were killed, and she was left alone to be raised by her cousin Mordecai. However, he set her up for success and not failure. Even though she felt alone she was never alone. God was going to use her to save a nation but, in the process, she had to go through the feelings of loneliness, abandonment, turmoil, loss, and even grief while she was chosen to be a concubine to the King. Can you imagine being so close to your people but had to live a secret life, not exposing the truth that you are a Jew. These women tell their stories of how they made it through and overcame some of lifes obstacles.

You Can Make It - Christine Bowen
Dedication
This book is dedicated to every woman who has gone through a tragic life event and wants to give up. I pray that this book will help lead you to forgiveness, healing, deliverance, and restoration through transparency. The testimonies of other women who tapped into the warrior within them becoming overcomers will give you the strength to one day tell your story so that someone else can be healed.
To every woman that gave their personal testimony. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping to heal the brokenhearted. Giving them a shimmer of hope that they too can make it and that they are not alone in the struggle for survival. Your story will empower, motivate, and encourage others to hold on and not give up.
To my spiritual mother Prophetess Barbara Taylor who has travailed, wailed out to God, and pushed me into my God-given purpose. Being that woman of Grace and honor that no matter what you kept the faith and never gave up. I will forever be grateful and appreciative to you for your sacrifices on my behalf.
A big thank you to my husband Apostle Carlton Bowen for always being there when I need him and for his love and support in everything that I do. I love you so much and I thank God for you.

A person in a white coat Description automatically generated with medium confidenceDear Beloved,
My prayer is that every woman reading this book will be inspired, empowered, and motivated to move past the past and step into their future. God has strategically laid out the stones for you to step upon that will lead you to your destiny and purpose. Think about these 3 nuggets: Be Intentional! Move in Faith! Disarm Fear!
Women around the world should be able to relate to this book and know that They Can Make It. You are worth the fight so stay in the game of life. Open your mouth and be a living testimony that you can win. No one knows what tomorrow will bring but all things are possible with God. Hopes and dreams are achievable. There is no limit to what you can achieve when you put your trust in God.
2 Corinthians 12:9 New King James Version (NKJV)
9 And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.
Therefore, most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Teach me your way, O Lord; I will walk in Your truth; Unite my heart to fear Your name. I will praise you O Lord my God, with all my heart, and I will glorify Your name forevermore. For great is your mercy toward me, and you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol. Psalms 88:11-13
A picture containing text, stone Description automatically generatedAs a child, I remember growing up in a loving home with a mother and a father where everything seemed
to be normal. One day this tall man came to visit, and my mother
called for me to come and meet him. I did not think anything of it, I just figured it was another relative or friend. He said hello, my name is E.W., I said hello and he gave me a hug and sat me on his knee, and asked me, do you know who I am? I said no sir I do not, he looked at me with these deep brown eyes and said I am your daddy. I remember turning my head and looking over my shoulder at Daddy Frank whom I thought was my daddy and he shook his head up and down saying yes that is the truth. So, I turned back around and looked at the stranger
and he began to tell me how he used to come by the house when I was a baby and bring me clothes, diapers, and milk. I could smell alcohol and cigarettes on his breath so I was not sure that I could trust everything he was saying. I really did not know what to do or say I just sat there and listened while looking around to make sure Daddy Frank did not leave me, but he just sat in his recliner and listened to what the stranger
had to say. He explained to me that he felt it was time for him to come by so that
