Joanne Russo Insull holds a master’s degree in special education and a second master’s degree in exercise science. She has worked extensively with children and adults with disabilities and chronic illnesses as a teacher and trainer. After beginning a second career in wellness and fitness, she currently works with senior adults as an exercise instructor and certified personal trainer.
