Are we right to assume that you love floral prints and bright colours?
Yes! I love prints, colour, and layering unexpected fabrics and textures.
Where did you get your sense of style?
My mother was always extremely fashionable, and even as a student I would rather wear her old clothes than settle for cheaper alternatives. She had a black Versace dress with a double row of silver buttons in the front, all the way down. And slightly puffed sleeves. Dead!
How has your style evolved over the years?
I’ve definitely become more daring – caring less about ‘fitting in’ and more about having fun, expressing myself through what I wear, and celebrating clothing as art. I love educating people about the artisanal element of handmade garments – the opposite of mass-produced factory clothing.
