    INTRODUCTION

Indeed, it is an honor and a sacred privilege to be afforded the opportunity to share reflections, meaning and purpose through the daily guides during the month of June. These insightful pieces are lessons learned as I traveled along life’s highway of growth and expansion. The road signs of love, light, truth, surrender, peace and much more inspired the writings for this month. Many of the quotes have been cited from The Science of Mind and other sources that have proven to be an immeasurable assistance to me on the path. I trust these guides provide you with the propulsion and impetus that is needed to go forward and grow forward in God.

Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Then the LORD God formed man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being. Genesis 2:7

Every breath you breathe bespeaks your eternal alliance with life. SOM Textbook 252.3

    1,440 OPPORTUNITIES

Each day is comprised of 1,440 minutes. Does that seem overwhelming or extremely generous? Regardless of how one frames it, we are given the choice as to how we use it. The miracle of life exist in every minute. Within each minute, the average number of breaths a person takes is sixteen. Just imagine our very breath representing a prayer. Inhale gratitude and exhale love. On average we have the opportunity to express 23,040 prayers of loving gratitude each day. The breath aligns us with the eternal life of the Divine. It is a constant reminder either conscious or unconscious in nature that there is something greater than ourselves in operation of this majestic gift which we call life in expression.

God really is all that there is. These are the words spoken by Dr. Ernest Holmes. God is every minute as well as every breath. It seems more beneficial when a prayer is attached to each breath that resides in that minute. Can you imagine 23,040 prayers going forth from each person in the universe daily? That is not overwhelming, it is extremely generous. Nothing beats a failure but a try. So, let’s try to assign our inhalation a prayer of gratitude, joy healing light life, peace or you choose one that speaks to you. Let’s assign each exhalation a prayer of light, love, compassion, grace, understanding, forgiveness, patience, power, or acceptance. Put your own spin on it!!! Let go and let God breathe you.

Every breath I take is the Divine gift of loving expression uniquely shared with me and I return it to the universe as a prayer for immeasurable blessing. And So It Is, Amen

It is done unto you as you believe. Matthew 9:29

    10K RUN

During the month of October we celebrate National Breast Cancer Month. After being annoyed for years by this undue recognition of cancer, I prefer to celebrate National Breast Health for both men and women. What one focuses their attention on manifest in their experience. It is done unto you as you believe.. Let us imagine what the outcome would be if we as a nation/universe began to bless and give thanks for our healthy, vibrant, breast and bodies. God is all there is there is nothing more. We are perfect, whole and complete in manifestation. Two things cannot occupy the same space at the same time. Choose today to walk for the cure of mental consciousness correction. Let’s embrace the truth of being in our existence. For every revealing truth thought that I have planted, a healing manifestation firmly reveals itself in my conscious mind which transports the thought into my sub-conscious mind. Refocused in the manner we address breast health will change the overall race consciousness in its entirety. More men and women will stand in revealing glory and perfect health as a result of the shift in consciousness. No longer will there be a need to wear the shirts proclaiming, I am a survivor. Rather, now the shirt can read, I am a victorious revealer of truth." I run the 10K for the cure. The cure for race consciousness rising.

Today and every day, from this day forward I am a victorious revealer of truth expressing for all to bask in that light of truth. And So It Is.
