Love and Lies Do Not Mix is an interesting and intriguing book about Love and Emotions. It will show readers how Love can make a person do many things that others never imagined. When love is attached to the mind and when the heart becomes involve, life can change in an instant.

When emotions are involved with the mind, anything is possible. Sometimes, emotion can work fine and other times emotions can unravel everything that Love has put together. This book is collection of my thoughts. Some from life experiences and other thoughts from folks who has experienced the good side of love and the bad side of love as well. It will also show that there is more happiness in real and faithful love than love in general. My poem “a mixture of love “ will capitulate all my thoughts.

Pete Frierson

PETE FRIERSON is a paralegal for Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and The Cumberlands in Columbia, Tennessee a nonprofit organization. He is a civil rights leader and in 2014 was awarded the Outstanding Civil Rights Advocate Award by Columbia State Community College, Making a Difference Award by the South Central Abuse Coalition and in 2015, he was the recipient of the Nashville Business Journal’s inaugural Veteran’s Award. Pete is retired from the Navy and enjoys traveling, camping, riding motorcycle and helping people. He is also a member of Cambridge “Who’s Who”, past president of the Boys and Girls Club of America and lifetime member of the Disable Veterans, Fleet Reserve Association, camping World and the National Association for the advancement of Colored People. He is a graduate of Columbia State Community College where he graduate cum laude with an AA in marketing.
