Debi Ayers

Debi Ayers has been married to her husband, Jerry, for thirty-nine years, and together they have two children and one granddaughter. Debi and Jerry have owned and operated several businesses together since 1983. In 1999, Debi and Jerry established Savior’s Heartbeat Ministries USA, a nonprofit organization in partnership with Dr. Devasahayam Dandala of Savior’s Heartbeat Ministries INDIA. Through this organization, contributors support a multitude of needs, including an orphanage. Locally, Debi and Jerry enjoy leading a weekly discipleship class at their local church, which empowers each member to better themselves in their Christian faith.

TEA TIME WITH GOD IS A LONG-ANTICIPATED BOOK THAT is the antidote of living in a helter-skelter world—one that feels as if we are on a perpetual merry-go-round that never seems to stop, let alone slow down. Our society today is moving at an ever-increasing pace. Everyone is in such a hurry and striving to multitask and accomplish more and more. In the end, we are losing peace and joy in our lives.

Thankfully, Debi Ayers has learned balance to all of this madness by applying God’s Word to her life. She has discovered peace—which is what society is sorely missing—by trusting God in the midst of life’s storms. God has proven to be faithful to her when she applied Psalm 46:10, Be still, and know that I am God.
