Judi Gallagher is a celebrated professional chef, Culinary Director for ABC 7 (Sarasota) and Culinary Travel Editor for several publications, including Mycookingmagazine.com. She is also the President of Judi Gallagher & Associates, which provides hospitality consulting throughout the country. Chef Judi previously owned two restaurants, as well as a successful dessert company, in the Boston area before relocating to Sarasota Florida.
