My guest today is really souper. And the queen of all things sippable and spoonable. Nicole Centeno is the founder of Splendid Spoon, a food delivery company that takes care of meal prep by sending peeps plant-party soups and smoothies so you can slurp up for breakfast and/or lunch and then sit pretty knowing you stole more than your required dose of fruits and veggies by noon. Suck on that, healthy eating is hard mentality! In our chat, Nicole serves more than soup - she dishes out so much wisdom about how simple it can actually be have a packed schedule (she’s juggling a company and two kiddos!) and still pack in the plants. What I love most about this entrepreneurial and enthusiastically health-conscious soup master is that she’s as down to earth as her foods. Nicole opens up about how, back in the day, she used to stress so much about food and her relationship with it. While she was pregnant with her first child, she was going craaaazy about doing everything right and treating eating like it was some sort of mysterious equation. Quickly she learned how those obsessive, worrying thoughts around food didn’t work.
