About this ebook
Blue Walls
As a father, coach, and educator, the author has lived or been a part of the lives of the characters of which he writes. He has seen first-hand the problems young kids encounter and how they respond, particularly without adult intervention. The author pens stories about such encounters, and hopes that the reader becomes educated on the hopes, dreams, and realities of someone so young. The children are our future and should not be ignored.

FOREWORD
It was a beautiful morning in Woodbridge, Virginia. The sun was rising in the east; not a cloud in sight. As a very young child without siblings, Bryce fell prey to unhealthy eating habits, and soon became a victim of childhood obesity. His parents were having their own problems, and neglected to address what Bryce was going through. He felt all alone, and eventually preferred it that way. To keep him happy and occupied, his parents were sure to give him whatever he wanted, and that usually resulted in his favorite snacks of ice cream, donuts, potato chips, and pretty much any kind of candy.
