About this ebook

Have you ever felt the Holy Spirit move within you? Have you ever felt motivated to learn more about how the Holy Spirit wants to work in your life? Or have you ever felt like there is something missing, yet you cannot pinpoint what it is? The Holy Spirit wants to speak with every one of his children, and he wants everyone to grow spiritually. And importantly, the Holy Spirit has been speaking through many messengers to give his messages to you.

In He That Hath an Ear, Listen, author Laura Rosales shares a collection of inspiring revelations she received from the Holy Spirit. On September 5, 2015, Laura was awakened from a vivid dream and asked by God to begin writing down his messages. Although she doubted at first, the Holy Spirit was persistent and told her to watch how the messages would grow. Laura now invites all fellow believers to listen for the Holy Spirit and use these revelations as a way to be aware of his presence and walk the path of righteousness.

The Holy Spirit says there are no coincidences, and it is our blessing to be able to receive his messages. There is so much he wants to share with us, so it is important to keep our eyes, our ears, and our whole senses attuned to the voice and presence of the Holy Spirit. When you become more aware of this presence, nothing shall disturb the foundation he has created in you.

    Conclusion

    INTRODUCTION

On September 5th, 2015, as I was dreaming what seemed to be a very real event, the voice of the Lord woke me up and firmly told me to begin writing what he had said. I have been writing about that dream ever since. Since I began writing, I have felt an urgency to share these letters, which is the purpose of this book.

Before you begin reading these letters, which were inspired by the Holy Spirit, let me provide you with some background information about how this book was written so that you might better understand the messages. Also, I would like to support you on your journey by showing you how to create time to listen to the voice of the Holy Spirit.

Before I began writing these letters, I noticed that the Lord would guide my reading of the Bible or other books during my prayer time. My prayer moments always began with prayer, and then I would open the Bible to where the Spirit led me. Every time I did that, I learned what I needed to learn at that moment.

When I began writing the letters, I realized that each one contained a specific lesson. The Holy Spirit always confirmed what I had just written by providing a passage from the Bible or another book the Spirit placed in my heart to read. This is why at the end of every letter you will find a Spirit-inspired reading, which I recommend that you take your time in reading.

I have not completely read most of the books that I have in front of me. I feel that the Holy Spirit wants me not to finish them but rather allow him to be my guide and teacher. It reassures me to know that I could not have written the letters on my own. Having the Holy Spirit as our teacher and guide takes practice because most of us are used to allowing another person to do the reading and create lessons for us to hear.

This does not mean that lessons taught by other people do not work, especially since one of the gifts from the Holy Spirit is that of teaching. I am simply saying the Holy Spirit wants to speak and teach each and every one of us during the intimate moments we have alone with him. The Lord has no favorites.

The books that I most often have in front of me are a New King James Version of a teaching Bible; Lead Me, Holy Spirit by Stormie Omartian; The Bible Promise Book; Taking Action by Reinhard Bonnke; The Book of Enoch; and Christian Concepts. You don’t have to have these same books with you; just let the Holy Spirit guide your readings.

During your readings, I highly recommend that you pray and ask God to show you what he would like for you to learn that day. Ask the Lord to allow only his voice to be heard and to bind the enemy from interfering in your prayer time. I also recommend that you pray for discernment, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding, for the Lord wants for us to actively seek these.

Learning what time of day was best to sit completely uninterrupted with the Lord was a challenge for me. However, I quickly realized that the Holy Spirit wants to speak with us always, despite the worldly distractions that we face. The mornings are great for me because nobody else in my house is awake. In that silence, I can dedicate complete attention to the Lord.

Taking your time to read these letters is so important because the Holy Spirit wants to teach us every day to be more like him. His ultimate purpose is to fill us completely with his presence.

I recommend keeping your own journal and writing down the passages that stand out to you. When you finish reading a passage, stop and write it down, for that is what the Holy Spirit wants you to pay attention to.

Most importantly, spend time with the Lord, developing your relationship with him. May the Lord guide you and fill you with his peace and his love.

    REVELATION FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT

Before you read further, please say this prayer:

Lord, please guide me. Open and soften my heart. Open my mind, and let my eyes seek you. May you fill me with the Holy Spirit. I pray that you protect me against the enemy, that he may not distort or confuse your message. I bind the enemy in your name, Jesus Christ. Please give me wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of your word, dear Lord. Thank you for your everlasting love and for your faithfulness. In Jesus’s name, we pray. Amen.

    REVELATION FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT:

    SEPTEMBER 5, 2015

This is a dream remembered. On September 5th, 2015, the voice of the Lord woke me up and told me to begin writing what he wanted me to write. My dream began in a place with people around me whom I did not recognize. Everyone was busy doing things such as moving boxes, preparing for things to come, and so on. The place—like a warehouse, with white walls and a gray floor—was a refuge, a safe place.

I felt that the other people busily working in my dream were Christians, like me, whom God had allowed to come together. There were several of us, but we would not speak to each other. We looked as if we were waiting. The people realized that few of them could still speak with the Holy Spirit, and those of us who could were separated from the rest of the crowd. We were given questions to ask of God, who answered them. God spoke so clearly with us, like when you are speaking on the phone with someone. The other people, on the outside, kept asking us what God wanted them to do because they could not hear him.

Then the Spirit asked me to get up and begin writing down my dream, and he talked to me as I wrote.

Holy Spirit: God needs people to learn to hear him because you will be the light among darkness (John 1:4–5, 8; 1 John 1:5–6). God needs warriors who can communicate and understand the truth (Psalm 43:3–4; Mark 4:24–25; John 1:1, 8:32, 14:6). God loves his children and will do as much as he can to help them when those days come. Amen. Praise our Lord Jesus Christ, king of kings, lord of lords, for he is faithful and forgiving. Be the light!

Holy Spirit: Throughout scripture, God asks us to listen. If you have ears, learn to listen and be obedient (Deuteronomy 5:1; 1 Samuel 25–24; Hebrews 2:1–3; James 1:19; Mark 4:9, 2, 5; Revelation 2:7, 9, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22). Battles with the enemy will increase, but the more he fights, the more we have to be in his presence. Pray daily. Worship all day with me, and you will overcome, but only with my help—not on your own (Isaiah 30:18). Learn to be the light because it is so important.

Holy Spirit: Jesus will suffer for his children. When you have me in your hearts and you are aware of the war that is going on all around, you will not be affected, since you will be always filled with joy and love (1 Corinthians 13:1–13). Faith will be your strongest tool. Obedience and love will carry you through the difficult times. I love you, my child. Teach your children to pray daily, for the time is near. They will learn faster because they have not gone through life’s difficulties and they carry no baggage. Take them off electronics, which are addictive and cloud their minds. Teach them to learn to hear my voice so they can be the light with their friends. I love you, my child. Learn to listen (Deuteronomy 5:1; 1 Samuel 25–24; Hebrews 2:1–3; James 1:19; Mark 4:9, 2, 5; Revelation 2:7, 9, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22). So I will be glorified, for God’s kingdom will come, and God’s will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven, always. Amen.

Dear Lord, thank you for your word. I pray that I was able to write everything down.

Holy Spirit: You did, my love. Thank you for being obedient (1 Samuel 15:22, Philippians 2:8, Hebrews 5:8). The difficult time through which you passed last week was an attack from the enemy because he knew you were breaking through. But you persevered by being in my presence (1 Timothy 6:11).

Lord, it was not easy. I felt sad, lonely, and depressed, like I was in a hole.

Holy Spirit: But you prayed and worshipped all day. You did what you were supposed to do. Be strong and persevere (1 Timothy 6:11). Be consistent, and don’t let the enemy in for one minute. I need you, and my people need to listen (Deuteronomy 5:1, 27; 1 Samuel 25–24; Hebrews 2:1–3; James 1:19; Mark 4:9, 2, 5; Revelation 2:7, 9, 17, 29, 3:6, 13, 22; Psalm 86:6). So important! Thank you, my child. Know that I am always with you.

"Dear Lord, when I went to the movies with my mother to see War Room, I felt a hand gently touch the back of my head.
