This book is
dedicated to the young parents of future generations of God-fearing, compassionate, and admirable children. It is my goal to share the Word of God as a guide for building up spiritually strong and happy individuals rooted in love, obedience, faith in God, and respect for others based on biblical principles.
To my four wonderful sons, who will be pillars of good moral values for the next generation of my bloodline, may these writings provide nuggets of wisdom for you and your chosen partners in life. Remember that the physical body of your child may come from you, but the spirit does not. Always seek the guidance of the Lord to give you wisdom and protection for the new soul that you are bringing out into this world. May this life that God entrusted in your care bring glory to Him and live a life according to His will and purpose.
FOREWORD
T HE AUTHOR IS a dedicated member of our ministry since 2009. It is a great pleasure to see that through writing, Nancy desires to share her strong faith in the wisdom of the Word of God among the young couples and new mothers, who will bring forth the next generation. This book attempts to confront the rapidly deteriorating state of values and morality of the present generation by going back to its source. She writes from a mother’s perspective with the inspiration of the Word of God.
Rev. Roel C. Tiongco
Senior pastor, Shalom Outreach Ministries, AG/NY
This book is a must for parents who would like to raise children to be happy, productive, well-adjusted, and purpose-driven individuals. This Christian writer, who has faced many insurmountable situations in her life, packed this book with wisdom from the Bible, psychological principles, and experiences of significant people in her life. A parenting book is made more interesting with her style of writing that deviates from the scholarly style that dominates the field. Nancy, who is truly a master of her domain, reaches to people of various walks of life and is successful in sending a general message that parenting, although challenging and frustrating at times, is a God-inspired task that has to be enjoyed to the fullest. This book is worth a full read.
