About this ebook

This book was intentionally written to teach mothers how to cocreate with their babies before they are born. This book reaches for good feelings. The main purpose is to set your mind on having a positive pregnancy experience. When intentionally reaching for the more positive accepts every day, you unravel any discord you may have going on. Remember to fill yourself with the power of love first so your cup is so overflowing that you can share that love with everyone around you.
The purpose of this book is to focus on the energy vibration between you and your unborn child. The fetus can feel your emotional vibration and can understand pure love. The intention is to stay aware of your vibration during pregnancy and allow the fetus to match your vibration of peace, love, and harmony while developing.
Practicing meditation together will quiet any anxiousness and guide the baby toward a more comfortable feeling. During meditation, when you are connecting to God/source energy, you are also connecting with the baby at the same time. All your emotions are felt by your child. It is so important to set your intention for the day or set it at night before bedtime to give you and your baby the nurturing feeling of self-care soothing. Preparing for motherhood is a big change to your life; therefore, it is very important to take care of yourself and have a positive mind-set. Hormones change, and emotions run high, so this practice will be of great value to you and your child. As energy is running through your body, we want it to be positive-charged energy. Energy travels beyond your body of movement but through your subconscious mind and all the way back to the depths of your soul. Your awareness during pregnancy is of the upmost importance.

Kathy Grissom

Kathy was born in rural Mid-Michigan and grew up on a farm. Her mother passed away from cancer when she was only eleven years old. She has always held on to her love of farm animals and the beauty of country life. She has been married to her husband, Don, for thirty-eight years, but they were also separated for a time. She embraces experiences and overcomes adversities with a heart filled with love. She is a mother of two adult sons and thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family. Kathy has studied business and owned her own family recreation center for fifteen years. Kathy studied Western Reiki and became a Reiki master. She was still yearning for something more and then studied Jikden Reiki, rising two levels currently. Kathy still remains true to her Catholic faith roots, as she was born and raised Catholic. Her life path took many twists and turns, which led her to experience a spiritual enlightenment and allowed her intuition to be her guide. Kathy has been intuitive throughout her life, but within the past five years dedicated more time to listening to her inner being and becoming very connected. Meditation and source connection inspired her to write this book with nothing more than an inner voice guiding her work. Kathy believes in a higher power that she calls God. She is firm in her belief of energy healing and vibrationally nonphysical source energy. Kathy believes in the law of attraction and the positive mind-set of statements of truth. This book is intended to inspire women to connect with their babies during pregnancy.
