    This book introduces many basics in the hope readers will pursue a deeper study to how their walk in the spiritual realm of their life can improve. Each of us has a personal place in the heart of the Father, and it is up to us to seek out our destiny, job, and responsibilities in His family business.

    The book shares many of the authors personal experiences with honesty and open candidness. She is not afraid to call it like she sees it.

    The world is suffering from lack of direction, and its time to wake up. We are not being taught the meat of the Word in most cases. Our society no longer expects accountability, and that has moved into the church. A church has become a social group and not a place of direction and healing.

    The topics addressed here are only starting points. There are incredible resources available today to enlighten us on every facet of life and study. The author has begun two of those resources that will be available in the future. One is addressing marriage and the broken promise I do. The second is taking a hard-line stand against the lack of leadership in the family and the church called crossing the line.

    Pat likes to joke she was born a believer. Her family was not just church goers but learned to live what they believed. Her interest in God and His Word started at a very young age and she remembers asking Him for His presence in her life before she was a teenager. As life presented challenges, she was forced to examine her beliefs, theology and understanding of the Bible as she knew it. Her theology changed as the Lord led her to a new and deeper understanding of who He is and what He taught. Her incredible experiences of divine intervention continue to this day. The lives of her children and her own have been saved from serious harm and death on more than one occasion. She and her husband, Neil, are involved with the production of a TV show where men are asked to share their lives as believers in their saviour. They have been active in facilitating marriage classes, youth ministry and many other activities within the church. Her desire to share and hear the wonders of His grace is contagious. You will feel as though you are sharing over coffee as you read her candid and open thoughts on her life and His presence in it.
