I have observed him to be a man who loves his family and people and loves to see others fulfill their destiny. Many people have attested to me the influence of author Akwasi Afriyie’s books. I can boldly say that his books have been a blessing to me.

It has been a humbling experience to unfold the truth that the enemy has concealed concerning your destiny. You were not created to live under privilege, rather to leave a mark in your generation. Bear in mind that with every problem, there is a solution; with everything, there is purpose; and with every door, there is a key. As you journey throughout the pages, you will discover specific keys to conquer any giants standing at the door of your breakthrough. This book was not written to excite your ego but to reveal crucial keys that will embark a fresh beginning from where you now stand. If your desire for reading this book is to speculate or criticize, you will not find much benefit from it. But if your desire is to raise your expectations, enlarge your vision, stretch your limits, unleash your potential, and enter into your greatness, you will not be disappointed. If there was ever a time to aspire higher in your life, it is now. If there was ever a time to advance your career, health, and relationships, it is now. If there was ever a time to live your full potential, that time is now. Don’t wait another minute, day, week, month, or year to make a quantum change that will transform your entire life and impact your environment. INTRODUCTION

Life is all about discovering the right key and entering into the right door. Some people may have the right key but are at the wrong door or have the right door but with the wrong key. There are two doors in life, and whichever one you choose can bring you closer to your destiny or perhaps delay it. Simply put, they are the door of opportunity (faith leading to success) and the door of missed opportunity (fear leading to failure). The power lies in your hands to discover the right key and the right door. For a great and effectual door has opened to me, and there are many adversaries (1 Corinthians 16:9).

In order for you to fulfill your full potential, you must address and conquer every setback, challenges, and every enemies of progress. In this book, I tackle key areas that become hindrances on the quest to becoming your best. Don’t allow your circumstances to prevent you from reaching your highest potential. Don’t allow your circumstance to define you, because God says you are more than a conqueror.

It is time to discover the keys of the kingdom, so you can release yourself from anything that does not bring glory to God. The significance of the number 7 is evident throughout the scripture. On the seventh day of creation, God rested and blessed it because he had completed everything he had started. On the seventh day, Joshua and the children of Israel marched around the wall of Jericho seven times before it tumbled down. The prophet Elijah prayed continually for a sound of rain, so he had his servant observe the sky for a sign of rain. Upon checking the sky for a seventh time, the servant of the prophet Elijah reported to his master that he had seen a cloud as small as a fist appearing in the sky. The prophet Elisha instructed Naaman, an army commander with leprosy, to dip himself seven times in the Jordan River so he might be cleansed from his disease. Lo and behold, so it was as he had commanded.

In the Hebrew language, the number 7 is called shevah, meaning to be full or satisfied. In the scripture, the number 7 is not a mere symbol but a sign of perfection and completeness. It is my prayer that by the time you finish reading this book, you will be fully satisfied and transformed in every area of your life. I declare over your life that whatever you have started will come to a fulfilling end if you will dedicate yourself to that goal as you keep God first. Remember that when the righteous man falls seven times they will undoubtedly rise again victoriously.

KEY NUMBER 1: THE POWER OF I AM

God said to Moses, I Am that I Am, I AM self existent; I AM Sufficient and self-defined God. You are connected to the I AM of the universe, so whatever you say will become your reality. I AM is the center of the universe, and what you say, positive or negative, will be tossed back to you. The sentence that follows the phrase I am will follow the direction of your life. For instance, if you say I am intelligent, I am vibrant, I am poor, and I am a loser, it will eventually come to pass. Discover who you are in Christ and the power invested in you to do all things.

KEY NUMBER 2: SUCCESS: BORN FROM FAILURE / FAILURE: ROOT OF SUCCESS

Success is available to anybody that is willing to work hard and sacrifice their time and energy to rise to a new level in life. Along this road will be pain, rejection, failure, and disappointment. It is only those who are able to stand their ground and not give up that will succeed. Many may define success in their own terms, but whatever success means to you, make sure you seize the moment and fulfill your divine destiny.

KEY NUMBER 3: AWAKEN THE DREAM—FULFILL IT

God has placed a dream in your heart, and no matter what the enemy will try to do, it will come to pass at the appointed time. God knows your future and the plans he has prepared for you to prosper you in every area of your life. It’s time to believe and press on toward that goal and be the best that you can be. It’s time to wake up and turn your dreams into reality and prove the enemy wrong. The impossible is nothing if you will believe in the dream today.

KEY NUMBER 4: GET RID OF FEAR, ACTIVATE FAITH

Fear is the number one enemy standing between you and your success. F.E.A.R. is false evidence appearing real and it will only become real by the power you give it. The scripture says, The righteous is as bold as a lion proverb 28:1 When fear comes knocking at your door, boldly answer by faith and say you are not invited in this place and shut the door. God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind, (2 Timothy 1:7).

KEY NUMBER 5: TIME TO WAIT, TIME FOR CHANGE

Whatever you are going through today is not permanent but only temporary. God is able to shine light on any difficult situation in your life. There is a time for everything; there is a time to cry and a time to laugh. There is a time for God and a time for man, a time for you and a time for me. The scripture says, But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

KEY NUMBER 6: POSITIVE ATTITUDE, POSITIVE ALTITUDE

Zig Ziglar once said, It is your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude. Irrespective of how far you may be able to reach in life, if you have poor attitude, you will have challenges. A person of integrity does the right thing even when everybody is taking the wrong road. They remain the same when people are watching and when people are not watching. Life is not merely about what happens to you, such as being inflicted with a terrible disease and all the odds being against you, but how you react to it will determine whether you will rise above that challenge or remain the same.

KEY NUMBER 7: DON’T WORRY, BE HAPPY

Life is too short to be worrying about the mistakes of yesterday. Each day is a gift from God, and we must live it to the fullest. Happiness is not based on things but an environment that you create. If you will trust God, he is able to keep you full of joy in the midst of any circumstance in life. Love, live, and enjoy life.
