    O verlooking the estuary beneath a glorious summer sun; Michael Ross noticed two boys older than him in a keelboat with an outboard motor. They appeared to be good at handling their craft, however, they had no consideration for others sailing the same waters. Several times the keelboat bumped smaller dinghies in their path. At times, when close to the smaller craft the keelboat turned at speed, and the wash from it upset the course of the dinghies.

    Mr Ross joined his son with two glasses of cold fresh lemonade. ‘I hope your brother is not suffering too much; he was in such pain with a toothache this morning … What are you watching Michael?’ he asked as he handed him a cold drink and noticing his son’s concentration.
