About this ebook
Wanda Simar
Wanda Simar is eighty-three years old. She was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1999. There seems to be a link between Parkinson disease and creativity. Her writing career began about nine years ago when she started writing eulogies for family and friends. She did not begin writing seriously until last year. Wanda was encouraged by a friend, who taught writing, to publish what she had written. She has no formal education or training. She was married for fifty-eight years to S. Roy Simar, her high school sweetheart, and has been a widow for seven years. She has three children, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
