JACKSON has been an author/poet for over 20 years. He published his first book, Temporarily Disconnected, in 2006, followed by his poetry book, Scenes From The Blue Book, in 2007 and Peace In My Mind in 2009. He also does a weekly email, “KJ’s Weekly Message” and has recently begun doing workshops on relationships and spirituality. He’s the father of one son and he’s a native of Detroit, Michigan, where he still resides. Kelly R. Jackson is a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church of Detroit, where he teaches the youth Bible class.view less
