Ninona's Story
()
About this ebook
When she comes to a clearing in the forest, the choice she makes to settle and make it her home has consequences beyond her wildest imagination. She is forced to face her fears and deal with her regrets, shame, and guilt.
Ninona’s Story is not just about the physical journey but more so the spiritual journey. We share her thought and feelings while learning how she deals with it all. The forest itself and the animals in it help and support Ninona in her process; she in turn gives back what she can.
As she helps the young male wolf, she not only explains to him what she does and why but also how the physical ailments often are the body showing the need to deal with deep buried psychological challenges, as in order to heal the broken leg, the wolf has to mend his broken heart. Ninona is later on reminded that even as a healer she is not expected to heal the world.
Ninona learns about the all-important balance between the elements and how nature always has to maintain that balance as its existence depends on it.
She is a student of nature who becomes a teacher, a teacher who speaks the language of nature. While being a student of nature, her own boundaries are pushed further and further out.
Eva Wolsgaard-Iversen
Eva was born and raised in Denmark. At nineteen, she lost her father, which started her spiritual journey. After backpacking in Australia and New Zealand for a year, she returned to Denmark and found she needed something else, so she moved to the UK. First settling in Perth, Scotland, for a couple of years before she again felt the need to travel. After a detour around Cornwall, she found her way to Llanvihangel Crucorney, Wales, near the border to England, where she lived for seven years before recently returning to Scotland. During her travels, she met lots of spiritual friend, and they mutually helped each other in their development. She had tried a few times to write, but while living in Wales, she was encouraged by Spirit to write. Spirit said to aid the process, and they very much did.
