About this ebook
Katherine Thornton
My husband and I was married for fourteen years then later ended in divorce. We became parents of two awesome children. We remained divorce for ten years, and during those ten years, I remarried but my ex-husband at the time remained single. Why you may ask? Because he believed in his heart that God had joined us together, and we will someday be reunited. Well, let me tell you ten years later, God has joined us together once again; it will be three years in September. We declare and decree that nothing will uproot our marriage again.

Foreword
Some might ask, can anything good come out of Pahokee? The answer is yes and it has done so by way of aspiring Author Katherine Thornton-Belgrave.
Katherine is a native of this rural, small farming community called Pahokee; however she has always had a big heart and a passion for God and his people. As I reflect back on our lives growing up attending school together I can remember Katherine and her siblings being known and referred to as those Thornton girls. They were the church girls, for Katherine’s mother and father ensured that they were brought up in the word of God. That word is still active, alive, and relevant in Katherine’s life today. Katherine has not only applied the word of God to her everyday life, but God has graciously equipped, anointed and purposed her for such a time as this to apply the word that is in her heart upon paper. Utilizing God’s inspired word coupled with what she has experienced, those trials, heart aches and turbulent times during life’s lessons, have been penned and transcribed into words of wisdom, encouragement and motivation. Not only for believers, but for anyone who may have had the need to be inspired.
Katherine has become one of my confidants. She is a person I will seek counsel from when I’m in need of prayer, and wisdom. Katherine can work with a person’s hurt, shame and struggles for she knows the importance of being trustworthy. Her gentle, caring and humble spirit reminds me of Christ. She possesses a kind hearted character and compassion, but gentle and humble as she may be, Katherine is fierce and mighty as she possesses the Shamar Sprit.
I believe this book is going to have a major impact in your life and marriage. This is a testimony of love and faith and should be passed on to others who feel hurt or betrayed, who are at a loss for words or who feel they have no other choice but to throw in the towel and end their marriage. I recommend this book to family, friends and loved ones who need to hear the word and be encouraged in their relationships.

Acknowledgments
First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the maker and creator of all things, my Father God. I am so proud to acknowledge my altogether awesome husband, Peter Belgrave, for he has been all of that to me; he accepted my calling as a writer and unselfishly given me the space to make it all possible. I also would like to thank our two children who believe in second chances and believe that one was designed especially for me. Thank you my king and queen, Jamar and Jennifer Belgrave.
Introduction
Lord, I don’t know why you decided to choose me to go through the fire for those who may only get scorched. But I humbly accept. I don’t have the answers to a successful marriage or a good marriage, but I do have your word and I know your word is true because you
