About this ebook
Gods plan is for a marriage to last forever. When one spouse is saved and the other is not, it can result in one or both individuals wanting to call it quits. If you ever felt like your personal experience of being married to an unbeliever was one in a million, this book seeks to encourage you. You are not alone. It is time to stop feeling like you are alone and allow this book to give you realistic, biblical principles that can change your life. As Christians, we dont like to talk about the roller coaster of emotions and the desire to walk out of our marriage. Instead, we choose to suffer silently and pray that it will pass quickly. This book speaks to your inner thoughts and experiences and instructs you through the Word of God, how to become an overcomer.

DEDICATION
I would like to dedicate this book to my mother, Cynthia D. Boyd.
You have always been an inspiration in my life for as long as I can remember. I can’t think of one time that you have not been there for me. You have taught me what it means to be a great mother, and also a strong woman of God. Many days I did not understand your walk, but now I do. Thank you for being a mother, a friend, and a mighty woman in Christ.
I dedicate this book to all believers, who dare to trust God for their loved one’s salvation. To all of the women who are standing in the gap for their husband: I love you and continue to press forward as you are one of the Women in the Waiting.
This too shall pass.
FOREWORD
Prophetess Tamika Brown is someone I have known for over 30 years. I knew her as just Mika, and now as a mighty woman of God. One thing has always remained; she has always been a loyal friend. I know this book will minister to your hearts if you allow yourself to keep an open mind. Prophetess Brown is very authentic in her delivery. She makes sure she stays transparent, while giving godly wisdom on staying in the fight and allowing God to lead and guide, no matter what it looks like. I truly admire her family and the story behind the smiles. I speak in the atmosphere that this book will be one of many to come. I am so proud of you my sistah. I know it took a lot of discipline for you to write this book, and I know it will pay off in the natural as well as the spirit. I love you…
Blessings,
Evangelist CaLisha White
PREFACE
I would have never imagined that I would one day be writing a book. This book was birthed from some really difficult times I faced and I wanted to shed some light for someone else. I want to thank God for allowing me the chance to experience the trials and tribulations of being in an unequally yoked marriage. I am thankful that he kept my mind stable through all the hurt, misunderstandings, and shame that I experienced. It is difficult to stay in a marriage when you feel like you are in it alone. Lord, thank you for giving me the strength to endure and the wisdom to encourage someone else who may be going through what I went through. Women of God, this is my prayer for you. I pray that as you read this book, you will be blessed with the same faith and strength that God gave me or even more. I pray that you are able to stand in the gap for your husband as I did for mine. I pray that God will give you what I call crazy faith. This is the kind of faith that will hold on until the change comes. This is the kind of faith that will allow you to walk as though it is already done. I speak peace over your mind. I speak forgiveness and love into your heart right now. I ask that God would bind you and your husband together as one. I ask that God would open your heart to truly see him in your situation and teach you how to combat the enemy who is behind the scene. I trust God to work miracles according to his will and his word. I thank him in advance for the lives that will be forever changed and the marriages that will stand the test of time and turmoil; in Jesus name, Amen.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
First, I want to say thank you to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for saving my soul and giving me another chance in life. There are so many people that I could thank for contributing to my increased faith, understanding, and knowledge throughout my journey. I want to thank all of the ones who may not be listed, but know that they hold a special place in my heart.
I want to specifically thank my husband, Pastor Derrick L. Brown for believing in me and supporting the vision that God has given me. I know I jumped from one idea to the next, but you really encouraged me to stick with this vision and you pushed me through. Thank you so much for being a true man of God. Your wisdom amazes me and I will always love you. You are my king, my love, and my friend.
I want to thank my three beautiful children, Derrick, MaLeah, and Tyrese just for being the best children any mother could ask for. During this entire process, there have been times that God chose to use you in dreams and words to help direct my paths. You three are very special in this world and God is going to use you in a mighty way to help win souls for Christ. Remain faithful to God and he will take you far.
I would like to thank my family and my sisters in Christ. There were times I wanted to give up, but you all kept me laughing, praying, and believing God even in the dark times. When I wanted to respond in the flesh, you gave me correction. We disagreed on some things but you are the ones who never turned your back on me, even
