Revolutionizing our knowledge in the coming more electronically-charged years is the first stage of the process of rationalization of our lives.

The book Living Intelligence or the Art of Becoming is an attempt to pinpoint the Modus Operandi of a personal evolution through expanding ones intelligence and raising the consciousness. Unfortunately, it is downright impossible unless we uplift ourselves in all the five main dimensions of life: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and universal holistically by practicing what we preach, by developing intuition that is our adult barometer, and by turning our bad life habits into transformative Living Intelligence skills. At the new electronically-advanced times holistic, integral, and conscious self-development becomes a priority
At the time of rapid evolution of Electronic Intelligence, we need people that are well-rounded holistically, on all the above mentioned levels. And if our education system does not provide that, the mission of every intelligent person is to obtain the education that makes ones unique personality shine against all odds. We need to help it happen so any one could become his own cheer-leader in life, cut his mechanical living, and start living consciously
The book is an attempt to present a simple blueprint of self-development and self-realization as our main mission in life. Thesis 9)If you are not headed to a destination with a map to guide you, then your intelligence and ambition are going to waste. (Dr. Phil) We are mapping out the ten stages of Living Intelligence ( Introduction, Thesis 9) that, in our understanding, are to be followed as our intellectual quest on the basis of the specifically developed talents and the intelligence that we might be granted by God. It is a holistic picture of the most critical intelligences that comprise living intelligence and sculpture a person on his way to attaining spiritualized intelligence (John Baines) and Living Consciousness.
It is a new, much more reasoned out self-awareness, guided by rational thinking, speaking and acting that a human mind needs to master on five philosophical levels: Mini, Mata. Mezzo. Macro, and Super, and in five main dimensions: physical, emotional, mental spiritual, and universal. We are developing the super conscious mind on these levels holistically. This being said, self- modification and self-regulation need to be consciously practiced in the following direction:

Mezzo Level (Mental dimension) - Professional Intelligence (Creative Intelligence +, Financial Intelligence) - We individualize and self-realize ourselves professionally!
Macro -Level (Mental Dimension)- Cultural and Social Intelligences We acculturate and socialize yourself!
Super Level (Spiritual and Universal Dimensions), Spiritual and Universal Intelligences We spiritualize ourselves by transcending our religious differences, committing to the Universal Intelligence that we all call God holistically, servicing God and life at large on the interpersonal level and e

Dr. Rimaletta Ray is a doctor of Psycholinguistics who is originally from Riga, Latvia. She got her doctorate degree from the Brain Institute, at the Academy of Science in Moscow, Russia. Her mentor was the Academician A.A. Leontief, a famous follower of Leo Vygotsky, the greatest Russian psychologist. Dr. Ray has been teaching at different colleges in the USA for 22 years. 2. Growth vs. Stagnation

One of the most exciting scientific adventures of all time is the search for the ultimate nature of physical reality and the role of consciousness in its evolution. The perpetually evolving world of science and technology demands that we develop our consciousness that remains to be the greatest miracle and a puzzle that the scientists of very many fields of knowledge try to unravel. Science is just starting a long process of figuring out what dark energy, sizzling black holes, and a string theory can explain, and what their staggering implications are in terms of consciousness that is ruling the universe. The energy of consciousness is all that exists in the universe.(Scientific Mind, June, 2010)

The epoch of shaping life with our consciousness has come!

There is consciousness on every level of creation, from a human being to a stone. A human being is simply a localized concentration of energy and intelligence in the universal field.(Deepak Chopra) As we learn more about the neural mechanism of intelligence, prospects for enhancing intelligence become more likely. We get programmed from berth at the cerebral, emotional, psychological, and physical levels. However, a person can constantly study, but he remains within the limits of the basic content of his intellect. And quite rightfully, we have many educated people, but very few real intellectuals.

We have giants of intellect, but pigmies of spiritual qualities, or higher consciousness.

There is a widespread belief that individual differences in intelligence are innate and hardly modifiable. But science proves that intelligence is not fixed; it is being shaped though our lives. All it takes for a person is to become aware of his limited mental and spiritual life and have a desire to holistically expand his consciousness to live the life of true quality."

Excessive happiness is not a sizable bliss. So, don’t miss!

It’s inconceivable where fundamental research might be leading us, but its horizons are so captivating that we cannot afford being depressed, indifferent, careless, ignorant, and unhappy. Let’s stop trying to be happy and just be happy!

Evolution or Involution-that is the Question!

3. Personal Evolution is our First Responsibility!

Unfortunately, cerebral unemployment is a common disease that is looming around us now, especially after the economic downfall that had resulted in many job losses in many countries worldwide, and, naturally, this situation resonated in lessening of intelligence on a big scale.

Many people get discouraged and lose their drive to create anything, let alone themselves.

Consequently, there are many intelligent, highly educated people that end up being immigrants in different countries all over the world. They are getting out of their professional, cultural, and intellectually-charged loops because they need to take any job just to survive.

Life does not adjust to us, we adjust to life!

Many of these people are exceptionally talented and can make a big difference in the countries where they find themselves on the tide of our changeable economy. We need to give these people, as well as our young generation hope for self-realization, without considering any national or language wrappings in which this hope may happen to manifest itself.

"We cannot live better than in seeking to become better!"(Socrates)

"Know Thyself!" says the Bible. There is also much talk about the necessity to enlighten ourselves and evolve spiritually. There are zillions of great books by outstanding spiritual leaders and mind-advanced scientists about the necessity to live in the Now and develop our New Age awareness and spirituality so we could stop being a part of a" dysfunctional civilization." (Al Gore)

Unfortunately, there is very little, if at all, information about how to attain that goal in a consistently conscious, holistic way and, most importantly, how, not just verbally, but de facto, become the role models of self-actualization and self-realization for the next generation of young people that need to develop a conscious life style to change their lives from broke-ness to happiness that in the present day digital turmoil we are hardly able to attain ourselves.

We think what we are, and we are what we think when both are in synch!

Expand you Range, Change!

4. A New Culture of Thinking

We deem it paramount for all of us to study the Art of Living and to acquire basic life-enhancing intelligences (Introduction, Thesis 9 below). Living consciousness is a new, much more reasoned out self-awareness, guided by rational thinking, speaking and acting. The word man is derived from the Sanskrit root of the word manas that means mind. We develop the soul and the spirit forces through only the mental man."(Edgar Cayce)

Knowledge + consciousness integration are needed now!

Once we realize the necessity to reason out the reality differently, we’ll transcend the limitations of our surroundings, resurrect our souls, change the culture of our thinking, and become masters of our destiny. "Living intelligence becomes consciousness in action, the consciousness that cultivates "a new culture of thinking." (Dr. Fred Bell)

A new culture of thinking is the culture that transcends "the collective unconscious" (Carl Yung) attitude to life when a person is driven by the common thought or the crowd mentality, when he, like a robot on a remote control, is acting and living in an automatic trance of unconscious patterns of behavior. With a new culture of living instilled in us, we will respect human life, irrespective of religion, skin color, values, traditions, and a social or financial status. Intelligence will be valued as the highest commodity.

Our young people should be building their minds on the well sorted-out information, the knowledge that is loaded with full awareness of the true, not virtual, reality of life in its every aspect. Their craving to be informed about the latest developments in science must be met, and they should be guided by aware attention to the right actions and the consequences of bad ones. Obviously, all cruelty and unfairness spring from weakness of mind and character that is the result of the lack of intelligence." Ignorance is the worst enemy of the humanity!" (Albert Einstein).

We are all yarning for life contentment, for more money, for more self-recognition, for something that our souls long for, rejecting ignorance that puts our consciousness out of the form. All we have to do is to find the will power to get out of the way if this evolutionary impulse, liberating the potential energy to unite with our developing consciousness. Only developing the intelligence in the essential areas of life will we satisfy our hunger for the ways of profound transformation of self, or" a soul’s resurrection."(Dr. Fred Bell).

So, let’s stop justifying cruelty, disrespect, humiliation, injustice and do away with everything that generates unwanted friction in life.

Let’s prioritize on intellect and wisdom, empathy, human identity, oneness with the Mother Nature, love and peace. Let’s also bless every intelligent and spiritually-advanced person who illuminates the world with his / her presence in it. We have a great number of such people in the USA, and they come from all over the world. Hopefully, we’ll have more of knowledgeable and thought-provoking programs on TV that would help us steer ourselves along the path of self-creation with the inspiring life stories of many amazing minds around us.

No doubt, there is a lot to know about life and how to obtain living intelligence in it. Simply put, it is much more difficult to know what is already known and consciously apply it to bettering life. Intelligence-oriented people need to overpower ignorance.

A lot of intellectual brewing has to be done without sewing!

Unfortunately, unconscious qualities dominate now. People are driven by" the psychology of the masses" (Le Ron), when he is not the individual himself, he is a robot who has no will. The rust of destruction is rapidly absorbing our daily lives and stealing away our badly needed free time to the point that all we are able to do is to listlessly absorb the TV most intellectually debilitating shows. Even the news is full of cooking debates. As a result, we hardly have any energy for a face-to-face, mind-to-mind, and heart–to heart communication with anybody. But there is no true communication without a mind-to mind connection between people!

In sum, holistic personal evolution should be based on better awareness about life and self. A new culture of thinking demands changing of physical, mental, verbal, emotional, psychological, professional, cultural, social, and spiritual fundamentals of a man.(Introduction, Thesis 9 below) So, jump-start your thinking! As Robert Stone puts it,

Let your life be full of crescendo after crescendo, not fiasco after fiasco!

5. A New You is a Better Aware You!

Evolution means a Changed Life and a New You! Each of us is a world of many dimensions: physical emotional, mental, spiritual, astral and etc. We know that, but we are not aware of that! Awareness of the newest developments in brain science stimulates us to wander the world with an open mind and a much more accepting heart. Revolutionizing our knowledge in the coming years is the first stage of the process of rationalization of our lives. As we learn about the neural mechanism of intelligence, prospects for enhancing intelligence become inevitable A New You is a new aware you, backed up by the blueprint for disciplined thinking and a conscious action.

A wonderful book" The Start-Up of You" by Reid Hoffman and Ben Concha, the two great entrepreneurs from the Silicon Valley, is addressed to the present day people with electronically- charged minds who need to learn differently for themselves, not the world around them. "Be your own coach in life! Become a superior you!!!"

Reid Hoffman, the founder of LinkedIn, is calling on us not to succumb to a machine, but create more value in ourselves and the world around us by "proactively investing in our intelligence, enhancing our entrepreneurial skills, and expanding our technical know-how. But such development requires a rigorous preservation of one’s own individuality and unique way of thinking, without which there is no personal evolution. "To run a successful start-up of you, you can and must think for yourself, create yourself, and invest in yourself!"(Reid Hoffman)

Autonomy of thinking is a Must!

Obviously, mind or intelligence is governing our life through its constant evolution. Unfortunately, it is downright impossible unless we uplift our mental and spiritual levels. The book "Living Intelligence or the Art of Becoming is, in fact, the art of developing our intelligence and expanding our souls by transforming the capacities of our brains so that we could say in the outcome of life, No regrets, or as Mark Twain writes, Let us endeavor to live so that when we come to die, even the undertaker will be sorry."

A new you is also a new performing you! A new performing you is the person equipped with the new technique of self-presentation and self-realization. We are a part of an on-going cosmic evolution, the process that is actually going on now as the enlightenment, the raising of consciousness in the form of a developing self-reflective awareness" (Andrew Cohen) We are all truly on a cosmic journey that needs to be reasoned out on a new level of information processing so we could shape our minds accordingly in the direction that we will be outlining in this book at every stage of intelligence development. In his book Death of Ignorance, that is really a fascinating and illuminating reading, Dr. Frederick Bell with unmatched brilliance brings into focus brain science, physics, and biology to inform us about the reality of body, mind, and soul, and he is calling on us to expand our consciousness qualitatively. Interestingly, when asked what happiness meant to him, Albert Einstein said,

Happiness is appreciating the space where you are and the time given to you.

Thomas Campbell, a great American philosopher, calls this search for inner harmony- "following the bliss", that is, following our insatiable desire to know, to understand, to seek the answers to all the questions, to create, to mentally and emotionally evolve, and to eventually balance our existence with the universe. We live at the time of increasing number of choices-and our mind is unable to process them all. Let’s cut our mechanical living and start living consciously!
