About this ebook

Negativity is not a character trait; it is the accumulation of damaging thoughts and emotions such as fear, worry, stress, and powerlessness over an extended period of treasured time.
Our minds often get programmed to steal what is most valuable to us - time, inspiration, optimal performance, and goal achievement.
Changing these patterns is the most valuable investment that big companies seek, often without realizing it. And this is a global phenomenon.
When Ramzi Najjar, a multi-award-winning bestselling author, changed his life by transforming his overthinking and controlling his mind through the knowledge he shared in his library of four acclaimed books, things changed. He wondered if others could benefit from what he had discovered. So, he decided to share all his insights in books, passing on the extensive knowledge he had gained to help others.
The good news is that his latest literary work, HOW TO HACK BACK YOUR MIND, offers a proven plan to change negative patterns and overthinking, allowing individuals to reboot their lives and transform this super problem into a superpower.
When we do not control our negative thoughts, they control us. And if our lives are already filled with broken people, thoughts, and emotions, we become our worst enemy, holding ourselves back from achieving what we truly desire.
The solution to our negativity lies not in disregarding it but in consciously running our minds and lives through awareness and intentional behavior rather than letting them operate on autopilot.
Everything begins to change once we learn how to deal with our subconscious minds and give our conscious minds the green light to regain control. Only then do we become our own best friends.
This newfound empowerment drives us toward achieving our goals and building ourselves on solid foundations.
Suppose you want to tap into the surprising power of the conscious versus the unconscious, relieve the burden on your shoulders, and give yourself the opportunity and time to excel, shine, and save your life. In that case, you can find unparalleled knowledge in this book to orchestrate your life and truly define yourself.
Just as one can be fearful, they can also become resilient. Just as one can doubt themselves, they can also build resilience and take charge.
Just as one falls, one can also get back up. Life is all about "can" and "will," and it requires the right knowledge to master it.
You cannot become the architect of your life without learning and gaining experience in architecture.

Introduction

The Complexities of Mind

Workings: An Introduction

Based on a 2005 study by the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging at the University of Southern California, it is estimated that our brain processes, on average, fifty thousand thoughts per day.

While these numbers may seem substantial for a 24-hour timeframe, what is even more shocking is that estimates also suggest that the brain unconsciously performs anywhere from twenty to fifty trillion operations per day based on a study conducted by Dr. David Linden, Professor of Neuroscience at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America [PNAS], 2014).

These operations include our thoughts and neural processes, such as synaptic transmission, neuronal firing, and information processing.

Given these numbers, one can immediately question whether we have absolute control over our internals, brains, and minds.

Considering these figures, it becomes clear that 99.99% of our mental workings are beyond our awareness.

Our mind operates through a secretive and concealed mechanism that utilizes many electric signals throughout our bodies.

These mechanisms carry out everything necessary to keep us functioning optimally.

Just the thought of someone becoming cognizant of all these transactions is terrifying.

This amount of information would be overwhelming and certainly jam our conscious thinking process, leading it to a complete halt.

Given that, one can be thankful that most of our mind works unconsciously.

The best aspect of our thinking mechanism is that it runs without the need for our interference, which is a true blessing.

Only what we need to know surfaces at the top and reaches our awareness.

By scrutinizing all this, we can affirm that a generous portion of our brain's effort is directed internally toward organizing and running our bodies, from the smallest particle to the largest organ.

The remaining small operational portion is allocated to our thinking mechanism and thoughts.

Therefore, our consciousness is merely a drop of water in the vast sea of our limitless and infinite reality.

All of this prompts us to ponder and reflect on the true nature of our reality and what we perceive of it.

To decipher this complexity, we should ponder a fundamental question: Are all our thoughts, fears, doubts, worries, unhappiness, and negative beliefs, which often consume our minds, rooted in our unconscious subconscious, or is it also part of our conscious thinking mechanism?

First, we should understand the fundamentals of our conscious and unconscious thought processes.

Conscious thought, as discussed, is just a fraction of our cognitive abilities and pursuits.

While we are aware of and can manipulate these conscious thoughts, most of our mental processing occurs beneath the surface, in the realm of the vast unconscious mind.

The concealed reservoir naturally orchestrates countless cognitive functions crucial to our existence, operating without our awareness.

It functions as an immense dark pool of knowledge that we possess.

The primary difference between conscious and unconscious thought is the availability of introspection.

Conscious thoughts are easily accessible to our awareness; we can intentionally bring them to mind, investigate them, and alter them appropriately.

Whether considering a complex problem, recalling an old event, or envisioning a potential future, conscious thoughts facilitate the world with purpose and choice.

On the other hand, unconscious thoughts operate beyond our conscious reach and understanding.

While we may not comprehend how our unconscious minds influence our conscious thoughts, feelings, and behavior, research shows that it significantly impacts our behavior.

It typically requires substantial data and information derived from stored memories, learned associations, and instinctual responses, all of which direct our actions in real-time.

However, our subconscious also retrieves considerable amounts of data from within us, affecting our perceptions and decision-making.

Much psychology research has documented the presence of unconscious biases and intangible attitudes and assumptions that subtly affect our judgments and behavior.

For instance, preconceptions derived from cultural traditions, conditioning, and individual experiences can influence how we interact with others without our awareness.

To clarify, let us illustrate it with a concrete example: consider the act of driving a car.

While we may intentionally focus on controlling, stopping, and signaling, most of the driving process is automated and occurs unconsciously. It is stored in both the unconscious and the conscious mind.

Our ability to navigate through traffic, avoid hazards, and adjust the speed of our transportation reflects the seamless integration of conscious and unconscious thoughts. It demonstrates the interconnectedness and communication between the two.

This unconscious creative reservoir can harbor infinite ideas and solutions to challenging problems in massive quantities in our bodies and brains. However, we often need to be more mindful of them.

Consider the ability of the body, which is controlled by our unconscious, to heal itself.

That is why internal reflection, incubation, and insight into our unconscious mind are necessary, especially since they can combine unconscious knowledge and existing perspectives with new knowledge and perspectives to produce innovative resolutions that partly bypass the conscious mind's attention and fuel creative progress and discoveries.

Despite its vast influence, the unconscious mind remains unknown, and its inner workings are impervious to conscious observation.

Although methods like psychoanalysis and hypnosis provide some understanding of the subconscious, they only scratch the surface, leaving much of it still unexplained. That raises the question of how to gain control over an illogical part of ourselves.

Mastering our minds is essential if we want to organize our thoughts, which in turn shape our actions and direct the course of our lives.

Now, let us delve deeper into the concept of control.

The Importance of Regaining Control

Over the Mind

Given our recent discussion, regaining control over our minds may be impossible.

However, the good news is that we do not have to do so entirely.

Our minds can be compared to laser beams. We may not need to understand how the beam is initiated and composed, but we can still redirect it toward any point, goal, or target.

Our subconscious is not a chaotic environment. It functions like a well-organized watch that controls the internal workings of our bodies.

However, when we operate with conscious awareness, we often misuse it by focusing on the wrong aspects extracted from our subconscious and memory.

When we have many choices in our awareness, we often blend them with specific information and ideas from our subconscious. Unfortunately, this can unintentionally lead to confusion and disorder.

While the subconscious is a vast reservoir of universal awareness and our experiences, how we interact with it could be more productive.

We must be more mindful of what enters our minds, as we often do without much reflection.

That is why acting and being aware of the constant information we receive is crucial. That is the first step towards effectively controlling our minds.

We can establish the groundwork for a meaningful life and decipher our subconscious by consciously living.

Reclaiming responsibility for our minds is essential. It will enhance our overall well-being and success, giving us more influence over shaping our futures.

By taking charge of our thoughts and emotions, we can improve our mental health and better manage stress and anxiety. That will lead to inner peace and increased resilience.

Additionally, it will make us personally accountable for the quality of our lives.

We often blame external factors for our failures, but if we were to assess what is going wrong in our lives objectively, we would find ourselves on that list.

We blame governments, taxes, weather, low wages, bad managers, and unhealthy work environments, among other things. We produce excuses but rarely take full responsibility for our catastrophes or disappointments.

Taking back control of our lives will enhance quality and productivity. We can work more efficiently and achieve tangible victories by consciously completing tasks.

With improved decision-making abilities driven by clarity and rationality, we can navigate our lives independently and overcome challenges confidently and purposefully.

Living on autopilot is detrimental, regardless of our size, intelligence, education, degrees, or courses. Our neglected minds hold us back.

Cultivating self-awareness helps us uncover hidden patterns and beliefs, leading to personal growth and development. It improves our emotional intelligence, enabling stronger relationships, effective communication, and authentic living.

Regaining control over our minds allows us to break free from limiting beliefs and habits, creating a fulfilling and meaningful life filled with efficiency and creativity.

Controlling our conscious mind gives us access to our unconsciousness and enables us to build on solid foundations.

Protesting and complaining about the lack of meaning in our existence is unproductive when we neglect our conscious and unconscious minds.

We must dig deep within ourselves and work hard to make things happen - something we rarely do.

Words alone are ineffective in a world where change is desired, but efforts must still be made. Words hold power but must be paired with actions to create real impact.

External circumstances will only change if we address our internal mess and cultivate a positive attitude and character.

As the saying goes, there are three types of people: those who watch things happen, those who make things happen, and those who wonder what happened.

What type are you?

Our choices determine who we become. It is not enough to watch or wonder - we must act.

We cannot rely on fate alone to shape our lives. We must work tirelessly to create the desired change and see positive results.

Reclaiming our minds should be a top priority, not a luxury.

Maintaining a healthy life involves tapping into the knowledge within our subconscious and projecting it through conscious thinking and behavior.

In a time when external validation is highly valued, we need to reassess our validation process.

Only self-validation can strengthen our minds and develop a confident, self-reliant, and strong character that is not influenced by external factors or opinions.

This shift in focus will transition us from seeking fake power in our interactions to reclaiming complete control over ourselves - our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

By setting clear and precise goals and being responsible and disciplined in pursuing them, we can change our perspective and guide our minds towards a new pattern that aligns with positive personal transformation. That will help us transform our internal chaos into purposeful, conscious living.

By doing this, people will perceive our true essence, and we can earn genuine esteem and validation from others.

The characters we build will inevitably reveal themselves.

An organized and robust mind will emit energy and inspire respect.

Those around us will recognize that they engage with a mindful, knowledgeable, and valuable individual filled with exciting potential.

That will allow us to lead by example and live deeply fulfilling lives.

Therefore, regaining control over the aspects of our minds that we can control is crucial as a starting point. Over time, we can expand this control to include our intentional and unintentional thoughts and actions.

Chapter 1: The Power of the Subconscious

Mind.

Unlocking the Hidden Power of the

Subconscious Mind.

Our minds are complicated networks of eighty-six billion neurons that extend from our brains to our spinal cords.

On average, the mind carries out around thirty-five trillion operations daily, a genuinely staggering truth that exceeds ordinary understanding.

When we consider the number of conscious thoughts we have each day, which is around fifty thousand, it becomes clear that our subconscious is far greater than our conscious awareness can comprehend.

Indeed, only a fraction
