On September 8, 2018, I posted my first blog entry on my newly published website, www.awarenessempowerment.com. After a time, a loyal follower of my blog suggested perhaps putting my entries into a book format for the benefit of those unfamiliar with my website.

    Introduction

The contents of what is within these few pages is a collection of inspired topics that I was guided to expand on each month in my blog. There are a couple of months that I did two entries for reasons that I didn’t question. It is my hope that you may find a little something here that will inspire or enlighten you on your spiritual pathway.

On September 8, 2018, I posted my very first blog entry in my newly published website, awarenessempowerment.com. It wasn’t the first website I set up, but it certainly was a bit more involved than any other that I tried my hand at.

At that point in my life, I was already over a year retired from my day job of twenty-seven years, and semiretired from my private practice as a complimentary healthcare practitioner after nearly eighteen years and had published my first of two books. I say semiretired because even though I closed my last office, I could never not help someone in need if I were asked.

I established a home office to continue my work and study in my chosen fields of metaphysics and spirituality. I was taking my passion to another level but wanted to still serve in some capacity, which included workshops, coaching, and speaking. I still do see clients occasionally one-on-one in my home and enjoy that kind of contact, although many seem to shy away from it due to the controversial health scenario our world has been going through. Due to this, I’ve had to resort to offering online services as well.

I chose to start writing a monthly blog on my website because I believe what is most important to me is to bring awareness and inspiration to as many people as I can—awareness of who we really are and awareness of how life works as well as our connection to the Source of it all, God. Understand that I don’t subscribe to any particular religious platform per se but do stand on the fact that I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

It is those very life experiences that have allowed me to see and understand just what life is all about and to define my role in it, not just in my own life but through the help of hundreds of people that I served over the years as well as many great authors, mentors, and the writings of ancient mystics who have been responsible for igniting my divine spark. With that, I find that it’s my job, at least in part, to pass the torch of understanding to those that may be ready.

    Blessings,

    Dr. Ron

    Acknowledgment

To be fair, I will admit that even though the contents of my blog entries were inspired from within, the idea of publishing a collection of these entries in book form was prompted by a loyal follower of my monthly posts. This young lady, who I’d love to name but for the sake of her job integrity will remain nameless, is a part of the team at Stratton Press that was responsible for publishing this work as well as my second book, The God Particle. She is a totally professional and delightful soul who is a credit to her employers, to say the least.

Although we have never met one-on-one, she’s become a good friend from afar. She was my liaison contact throughout the publication process of my second book and kept me updated regularly. Since then, she has become a fan of my blog and contacts me often to thank me and talk about what she’s learned from each entry. It’s refreshing for me to know that someone somewhere is awakening to her reality as a spiritual being and, in turn, gives to others. My thanks and acknowledgment to her.

    Entry 1

    Awareness

    September 8, 2018

If there is one word, I’d like to introduce this blog with, it would be awareness. I believe it is the common denominator on the road to self-discovery. The history of the human being goes back thousands of years. Our evolution is slow and sometimes painful. Even though we have seemingly come a long way from our cave ancestry, we are, for the most part, a civil society, although in certain parts of the world that may be up for debate. It’s not for me to judge; it’s just an observation. There seems to be an awful lot of scrapping for money and power. Governments are becoming corrupt, and there are constantly brushfire wars going on all over. The world as we now experience it is the manifestation of the collective consciousness of those who inhabit it. Of course, our wonderful news media thrives on keeping mostly the bad news in our face. The more of that you let in, the more disruptive your life can be. There is a lot of good in this world, with loving and caring beings in every culture, but sometimes it’s hard to see. Sometimes we just want to shut out everything and hide as
