An Emotional Journey

Most of these poems are feelings and emotions, which each and every one of us feels at one point or another. These are just a few emotions that were expressed by several people. It was created in hopes of helping people or just to let the public know that they aren't the only ones who feel this way. I just hope that reading these poems will help someone out there.

Just remember that we're not the only people who think that we are the only ones going through these difficult times.

Poetry Information

The poem titled A Dead Man’s Tale found on page 20, is about a gentleman I met when I was in the hospital. He told me a little bit about his life and how it became fatal. After his story, he told me to pass it on and to never forget him. Two weeks went by until I wrote the poem, and it just happened to be the day he passed. I never knew his name, and so it’s in the memory of the gentleman I like to call Mr. John Doe. Rest in peace.

God is Love was published in 1993 for Echos, a Passaic High School Pamphlet.

Love was entered into competition in March 2002 and made the finals for the June 2002 competition, it was published in The Best Poems and Poets of 2002.

My Thoughts of You was entered into competition in November 2001 and made the finals for the January 2002 competition, it was published in A Flood of Contentment in 2002.
