Falling in love its easy, but to hold on and fulfill the desires, it is another thing, often leading to heart break, isolation, loneliness, depression or even suicidal.

Ted was born on the Historic Kalpaki Ioaninnon, Greece! At age 18 he migrated to the United States of America. He currently lives with his wife, and his three children in Vallejo, California. From his early adolescent years Ted had the love and the desire for poetry; “this love rooted deeply in his heart.” Ted doesn't consider himself a poet and neither seeks any recognition. Simply he wishes to share his feelings that somehow along the way have touched his life. Ted writes in English and his native Greek language. In English, his poetry has been recognized by Noble House and the International Society of Poets from where he received many awards.

In July 2005, he circulated his first book in English language with the title Simple Heart, Whispers Love Songs. Ellen Tanner Marsh, New York Times best-selling author, in her criticism for this book reports, "Whoever has loved and loved a lot, will find something that will appreciate him in Ted Kapsalis’ book. It is simple, genuine, and commemorative love. It is poetry that speaks to the heart, from the heart."
In February 2010, he circulated the second collection of poetry with the title From Heart to Heart, Inside Out. From love’s first blush to eternal love, to loss and betrayal. Ted captured the joy, hope, loneliness, and sorrow that accompany this powerful emotion and all it encompasses. From one heart to another, this collection of love poems helped others feel they are not alone in experiencing the inevitable swirl of emotions that begin the moment we fall in love.
In March 2012, he circulated his third book with the title Triple Heart, No Hidden Emotions. Ted says, "All of
