Pastor Elijah Good was born in Chattanooga, TN, he and Mother Ruth Good, his wife of 55 years currently reside in Clanton, AL; where he has served as Pastor of The World’s Church of the Living God Clanton, AL for over 30 years. He has also presided over a radio ministry for 29 years “Words of Life” heard every Sunday on a local station. Pastor Good attended School and received a degree in Theology. But his real teaching and revelation of the Word of God did not come from nor could be found in any Theology School. It was through sitting under the teaching of Bishop W.C. Hunter and the anointing of the Holy Spirit that he came into the true revelation of God’s word. Pastor Good is an artist and is highly regarded in the community. He has five 4 children, 1 adopted daughter a host of grandchildren and great-grand children.

    There was a man who inherited a small portion of land. As he looked upon the ground he just shook his head and didn’t make a sound. He wondered to himself what is this land going to be and why was it given to me. Because all he could see was the rocks and the uneven rows and many people had said on that land nothing grows.

    As he stood and looked at the land he prayed to God and he said God what is your plan for this land? It wasn’t long before his answer came and God said this is what you must do here are my instructions for you. "First it is my will that the land be tilled after you must plant a seed and I will provide all the nourishment that the land will need. This seed will grow and it will bring forth more. This process may take a while but remember have patience my child. The man did as he was told and over a period of time he noticed a garden began to unfold.

    Many people would often stop by the land just so that they could see if something was really there where nothing use to be. To many the land seem strange, they were amazed by the change that had taken place, rocks had been removed, lumpy ground made smooth the seed that was sowed it had grown and uprooted the weeds and in
