Dont let the troubles of this life move you but strengthen you. Your anchor is our Lord and Savior! Wait on him. Though what he has promised may tarry, keep hoping, keep the faith, and keep your anchor down.

Marjorie James

Marjorie Ann James was born in Texas. There she lives with husband Walter James Jr. and dog Angel. Marjorie is the daughter of the late Curtis Lee Brown Sr. and Effie Brown both of Houston. Marjorie has no children but she enjoys the company of her niece Jessica and her nephew Derrick. She has one sister (Beverly) and one brother (Curtis) all who reside in Houston. She has a degree in Elementary Education from a university in Houston. She is a member of Lakewood Church where Joel Osteen is her pastor. She enjoys writing stories and poems but while teaching she had very little time to pursue her passion for writing. However, after her retirement she has more time to devote to her writing and she truly loves it! She has published her first book of poetry which is entitled HEARTFELT INSPIRATIONS. Now shes completed her second book of poetry entitled MOVING ON THE INSPIRATIONS OF GODS WORDS. ENLIGHTING YOUR SPIRIT THROUGH THE WORD. Marjorie has stated that her passion for writing is exciting she just loves it so much! The Holy Spirit has always given her the titles of all the poems that she has ever written. She always relies on the Holy Spirit in her life for guidance in everything. She said she has always kept pen and paper by her nightstand at night to write down every title or words for poems the spirit will give her doing sleep. So, as for a hobby Marjories is writing Christian poem and stories for all to enjoy.

All Is Well When in God’s Mighty Hands

(As I was writing this poem my eyes filled with tears. I could feel the Holy Spirit upon me. As you read this poem may you feel the sweetness of God’s presence! Read the last verse slowly letting the Holy Spirit speak to you)

Life brings struggles and many challenges we don’t understand, but if we will just remember All Is Well When In God’s Mighty Hands.

He knows all about our present circumstances, our past and those yet to come. Believe and trust in Him, for your victory is already won!

Have the assurance that He knows and sees it all and truly cares! He is working it all together for His given cause and plans.

All Is Well When In Gods Mighty Hands! Just believe understand and know for sure, because in His written word He has told you so assuredly. Lean NOT to your own understanding. Don’t try to figure it all out. Just know our God can handle it without a single doubt. He is GOD and able to do exceedingly, and abundantly more than we can ask or even think!

All Is Well When In God’s Mighty Hands! Give everything to Him no matter how big or small. Enter into His quietness of peace and rest, knowing that life’s problems are NO MATCH for OUR MIGHTY GOD! They can no longer bind you to test! You have given them ALL to HIM. SO, NOW DEAR FRIEND, REST, JUST REST!!!

Lasting Words

(When writing this poem my thoughts went back to my childhood growing up in Houston, Texas. I wasn’t the most popular student on campus. Often I wondered what other students or teachers were saying or were thinking about me. But, as I got older and received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, it didn’t matter what they thought or said. I knew the truth, and the truth is what God said about me is what really mattered.)

Many words are spoken. Some are kind, and encouraging leaving us feeling whole and complete. Some words inspire and make us bold. Some lift us up from day to day. Some just leave us cold and gray. Some come and take our life away, leading us into deep dismay.

Yes, words can really hurt you to the core, but, there are words spoken from above, that heals the hurts, strengthens your spirit and encourages your soul! Words that make you every wit whole!

Words spoken to you, by Christ Jesus, our precious Lord and Savior. He finds no fault in you. You are His master piece, created in His image.

He loves you with an everlasting love the world cannot comprehend or explain!

He died for ALL sins on Resurrection Day to bring joy, peace, and deliverance from words that the world may display. Never worry come what may, about words they may say. Their words are just like snow, they will soon drift away! Just trust God’s words always as they lead you from day to day.

His words are those of HOPE, PEACE, FRIENDSHIP, COMFORT, JOY, HAPPINESS, LOVE, FORGIVENESS, SET- FREE, YOU SHELL LIVE AND NOT DIED, I CAME THAT YOU MAY HAVE LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY! May these lasting words dwell in your spirit forever and forever
